This is bittersweet indeed. Sad that Maya is leaving but the scenes have shown how she has left her mark in the mansion to a point that she is indeed more like a Mom to the kids and a partner for SC. I’m looking forward to the prom and the many amusing moments it will bring. Between Nikki and Emman, I do hope Maya gets an awesome makeover that will make SC swoon even more. Cuz she’s beautiful inside and out.

Sadness ang fresh feeling…………… Emoticons are not enough to express how sad I am.
Though some parts were really sad knowing Maya will be leaving the mansion so soon but still I like the twist and turn of the story. Pinagprepare lang talaga ako nito ng bonggang bongga, so I was really prepared for more heart breaking scene for this episode, but it turned out, MILD lang pala, kaya Smile pa rin ako bago matulog.
We already know that Maya will be leaving as it is really needed in the story. But again I am not immune to SAD GOODBYES, so for this week I will still have to continue to prepare myself for more heart breaking and tear jerking scenes and episode, but like what SC said ” I will be fine”.
Diba sure na sasama si Ser Chief sa prom, chaperoning alongside Maya? Lutang pa ako ngayon eh. Magrereplay pa ako mamaya.
Si Maya pa alng ata ang sure. Magpapalusot pa si Sir Chief haha!
Ser Chief, sad ka di ba. Mamimiss mo sya. O ngayon pa lang namimiss mo na sya.

Sad episode today. Amazing how a supposed to be “good vibes” show could pull off an effective drama. Just as the simplest things in life can make us so happy, it’s also the simplest things (like having to leave, in Maya’s case) that can make us so sad.
Ayan, nagpaka-profound na. Kasalanan ng episode ngayon. Congrats to everyone behind the show, the actors, the writers, and staff. (parang Oscars lang) I’m sure BCWMH will be a memorable tv series for everyone.
One quick comment on today’s episode.
1. I loved the Nik-Maya interaction.
2. The scenes with Maya and Abby were just too touching…makes you wanna hug them both.
3. I was teary-eyed watching Ser Chief alone at the veranda looking at the coffee he made himself. The subtle sighs made it a significant scene
4. It broke my heart to hear and see Ser Chief say in the preview:
“I’m fine. Yes, I’m fine…just…fine “
that line showed how much he’s been trying to deny to himself how greatly he’s gonna miss Maya.
I bet tomorrow viewers will cry buckets. I might be one of them
As for today’s episode…
I’ve got mixed emotions about it, but the most heart-wrenching for me is yung last part,
When SC made his own coffee using Rafi’s espresso maker dwn coffee using Rafi’s espresso ma
because second to Abby, coffee has been symbolically central to the relationship of these two. The fact that he did that shows that he’s really into letting go of Maya (as Abby’s nanny, I believe and JUST THAT) just as what he had said to her in their car convo. The question is, will he really be able to stick to it? Interesting conflict yun for SC, and I’m excited for the things that he’ll do to resolve his struggle.
I agree with some of the comments here that the new developments are needed and are actually good not only for their love story to move forward but also for Maya and SC’s character to develop as well. So I guess that’s the reason why I’m not that sad about the impending farewell but all the more excited for positive things to come…and, as one classmate had observed at least they will part ways in good terms di tulad nung nauna na talagang nag-away sila.
It’s a bittersweet episode..
At gusto ko talagang i-torture ang sarili inulit ulit ang episode and wanna share some of dialogue that really catch my attention.

Ang cool din talaga ng concept ng BCWMH. The male protagonist is a widower who needs someone who will always be there for him and his kids sana… Pero di ba, ang female protagonist pagiging flight attendant ang dream. Which means hindi madali talaga ang pagdadaanan nila hanggang sa maging happily married sila kasi laging wala ang flight attendant. The male lead has to consider his love interest’s dream even if it means being away from her for long periods of time. Si female lead naman will at one point or another, choose between the love of her life and future family and her dream career. Or challenge din for the two of them to try to have the best of both worlds. Grabe talaga, malapit ng maging flight attendant si Maya and by that time, for sure mas malalim na ang relationship nila ni Ser Chief. Ang dami pa nating pagdadaanan mga klasmeyts. Kapit-bisig lang!
Marami pang conflicts ang pwedeng paglaruan ng script writers. kaya i’m hopeful na never mag-drag yung show if coupled with the right amount of brainstorming and viewer sensitivity.
Moving on…
Since last week I have been insinuating about the Prom being this week/month’s highlight and I thnk I am right! The writers DO NOT disappoint So even if it’s a sad goodbye, for sure after the so called “prom” date we’ll move on to more kilig Eps. Maya leaving the house is really needed in the storyline. That’s how the relationship will be tested and in no time they’ll move on to a deeper kind of relationship.

Just saw today’s episode. It hit me in all the feelings, as in totally all the feelings. It captured so well what it means to let go of someone you love so that they will have the chance to achieve what they have worked so hard for, and dreamed of being for so long. Even if it breaks your own heart.
I never would have thought that the sight of a cup of coffee would make me want to burst into tears, but gods, that last scene where Richard says he made coffee with the espresso machine? Totally broke me into a million pieces.
And the end of the teaser, where Richard says to his empty office that he’s just fine when it’s so obvious to all and sundry that he’s not…I do not think I was the only one who wanted to give him a hug and tell him things would be all right. Soon. (Writers of BCWMH, I am looking at you…)

Ang EB (I mean the show) pina-aga na nila yung timeslot nila, they’ll air at 11:30, earlier than Be Careful…I guess they’ve finally realized the show’s audience impact and it’s threatening them.
Ha?? 11:30 magstart EB? Paano na si Kute nyan.
Naku if this is true paano na lang mga scenes ni Kute?? Diba may kasunduan na hindi itatapat yung scenes nya sa EB, if ever na 11:30 na airing ng EB it means sasakupin nya buong airtime ng BCWMH w/c only airs for 1 hour
Now I find this unfair for Aiza.
I hope aiza would not be affected by this move as abs cbn/bcwmh is not at fault here.
as a courtesy to eat bulaga aiza should maintain her 15 minute window for the show.

ISANG taga-Be Careful with My Heart ang nakatsikahan ko at inamin nito na bilang respeto kay Aiza Seguerra ay sinasadya nila na ang mga eksena ng singer/actress (?)ay inilalagay nila sa unahan ng kiligserye at iniiwasan na matapat ‘yon sa Eat Bulaga.
Ngayon kasi ay 11:45 AM-12:30 PM na ang kiligserye nina Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) at Sir Chief (Richard Yap), kaya tapat sa Eat Bulaga ang 30 minuto nila.
Ang Eat Bulaga ang nagpasikat kay Aiza at sa tuwing tumatanggap pala ng kahit na anong show ang singer/actress(?) sa ibang TV networks at kinaklaro niya na hindi siya puwedceng tumanggap ng show na katapat no’n o kaya ay katapat ng shows ng kanyang mga “tatay” (Tito, Vic & Joey).
Sabi pa ng kausap ko, “Although kapag kausap namin si Aiza, sinasabi naman niya na kung magpapaalam siya ay hindi naman siya pipigilan, pero bilang respeto sa Eat Bulaga, kami na rin ang umiiwas.
“Nagbago kami ng timeslot at ayaw naming mawala si Aiza, kaya kami na ang nag-a-adjust sa bagay na ‘yon. Hanggang maiiwasan, iniiwas talaga namin.
“Respeto lang naman ‘yon dahil sa simula pa lang naman, nilinaw na ‘yon ni Aiza,” pahayag ng kausap ko.
So, mananatili sa kiligserye si Aiza at hindi matatapatan ng mga eksena nito ang timeslot ng Eat Bulaga.

The beauty of this show is that it’s about the people, the characters and not about their circumstances ie. rich vs poor as in other shows. They all get along and it shows that there is great harmony in diversity, just like all the fans. Look at us who participate in this forum.
I also appreciate the fact that it showcases Filipino values and culture, even the music they choose to feature are very well thought of.

That’s why I so love this show beyond the kilig. Parang natural lang yung pag-joke nila no? Tama ka, iba talaga ang effect ng BCWMH. And it’s all positive (except minsan nagkakamali ako sa experiments sa work dahil na-dadaydream sa kilig moments hahaha)
Kailan kaya may magsasabi kay Ser Chief in his face na kaya sya malungkot hindi dahil lang sa maghihiwalay sila ng taong “pinagkakatiwalaan” nya or one of the few people he trusts sabi nga ni Liza, Rafi, at Manang Fe.

The touch on the lips, yan ang tunay na damoves. It is a very romantic gesture, SC is showing that he has a comfort level with Maya to do such thing.
The car scenes, I tell you those car scenes are the best. This is where we can see how SC is really showing his feelings but always in private, can’t he just for once, really say what he feels? Nakakaloka!
We can see how this relationship (especially now it’s SC’s point of view) is progressing ever so slowly, it is going to be another roller coaster ride this week. Deep breath and exhale.

I fear for aiza seguera”s role as kute now that Eat Bulaga opted for an earlier time slot to pre empt the much popular BCWMH. I think its the first time that EB changed their time slot. panic mode? Paano na aiza? I cant help but think na sinadya ng EB para tuluyan na mag resign sa show si aiza. so unfair talaga sila
Sabagay baka its not only the ratings ang hinahabol ng EB but also the advertisers. Of course advertisers would opt for the much popular BCWMH. e diba panay ang reklamo natin sa dami ng commercials ng show. bka EB is filling the pinch of loss of support of some advertisers.
I hope may iba pang pwedeng mag-confirm ng announcement na ito kasi I just saw it sa advisory nila yesterday late night so I’m not sure if tama nga yung nakita ko. Basta sabi dun may bagong time schedule sila starting next week na ata…mamo-move lahat ng morning shows including EB. Unfortunately wala akong makitang “proof” sa net to back this up.

I know that some of the staff of this show reads through the pages here. So, it’s great to voice out your/our opinions on matters concerning the show. And obviously, this “i shall return” write up for Sunshine deserves a reaction from the avid viewers. After all, we are the ones watching and being entertained.
I’m one with you guys in saying that the return of Sunshine’s character “Alex” (or her twin? ) is UNNECESSARY and will do more harm than good. Hey, the Lim family is trying so damn hard to move on from their loss. So why make them suffer once more by bringing her back ( Walking dead mode?) into the plot? Her “apparition” will bring even more uncalled for conflict to the Maya-Richard Lim dynamics. WE DON’T NEED THAT.
Just as you guys said, WE watch this because it’s a feel good show. No hysterics and pathetic twists. Bringing Alex back from the dead is pathetic.
But I trust in the brillance of the writers. I will hold on to the hope that they will be smart enough not to make the stupid move of reviving the dead.
We want good vibes NOT plots which are meant to disappoint and turn off viewers.
I feel for Sunshine on what has happened in her personal life. But I hope she accepts offers from other teleseryes. Her acting prowess will be put to better use in another series. Her Alex character is better off as part of Richard Lim’s PAST. So stay there!

MANILA, Philippines – “Be Careful With My Heart” lead stars Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap are not worried that the plot of their show will be compromised after it was reported that the daytime series got extended.
Sta. Maria said she does not want the audience to think that they are just stretching the story because of the show’s popularity.
“Ayaw naman namin na isipin ng mga tao na dahil sa kagustuhan na ma-extend ‘yung show. Ang ginagawa namin ay pinapahaba na lang ang storya or ipinipilit na lang namin. Siguro we’ll just play it by ear kung hanggang saan lang din ang tatakbuhin ng storya.
Yap, for his part, said he’s aware of the danger in doing that but noted that the show’s cast and crew are willing to do their best to always offer something new to the audience.
“If they could come up with a good story to keep it going, I’m sure we will have a longer run,” he said.
“Be Careful” business unit head Ginny Ocampo, meanwhile, explained that there is no definite decision yet as to the show’s extension.
“It’s up to us. The management is depending on us kung kaya naming i-extend or not. Kung sabihin namin na magsu-suffer ang kuwento then hindi namin itutuloy. Ang idea of extension, parang ang dating streched. Parang hindi maganda ang tunog. Pero ang totoo, ang question is kung rich enough para tumuloy-tuloy ang kuwento niya. Nandoon pa lang ang discussion,” she said.
But definitely, there will be new characters as the show’s run continues.
Meanwhile, Yap and Sta. Maria revealed that they also feel the so-called “kilig” whenever they do scenes together.
“Kapag binabasa ko ang script, kinikilig talaga ako tapos may nakakatawang eksena, nauuna pa akong tumawa sa lahat,” Sta. Maria said.
As for Yap, he said: “Of course meron lalo na kapag pinapanood na namin ang eksena sa TV kasi iba ‘yun kapag nagtatrabaho ka.”
But was there ever a moment when they got carried away with the scenes and forgot about their significant others?
“Very professional naman kami ni Richard. Pagdating sa trabaho, trabaho talaga. Kung ano ang kailangang gawin, kung ano ang hinihingi ng eksena, ‘yun ang ibinibigay namin. Ayaw din naman namin na shortchanged ang viewers namin,” the actress said.
Echoing what Sta. Maria stated, Yap said all the scenes that they do on set are just part of another day’s work.
“We do it professionally. Like I said, we want to be very honest with our viewers. We want to show them what’s real na kahit hindi kami, we can give them a good show,” he said.
Following the success of their show, Sta. Maria and Yap said they are open to bringing their love team to the big screen.
“Siyempre blessing pa rin iyan. Alam namin na kung matutuloy man iyon, kami-kami pa rin ang magkakasama. Para na kaming pamilya sa show,” Sta. Maria said.
However, Yap said he would want to have a different storyline in case their movie pushes through.
“Ang gusto sana namin if ever that happens, ‘yung story hindi ‘yung existing story. It should be something different also para we would bring out something new for the viewers,” he said.
But according to Ocampo, there is nothing definite about the movie yet since it will also depend on the show’s extension.
“Nakakakabit iyon sa kung ie-extend or hindi. Kasi iisa lang ang Jodi at iisa lang ang Richard. Hindi nila kayang pagsabayan ang may movie at may TV so tignan na lang namin sa darating na month,” she said.
