FLASHBACK<<<<<<< REWIND

346  Date Aired: Nov. 08, 2013— Masasagot ba ni Arturo ang isang mabigat na tanong ni Kute?

 

First gap:

Ricky asks Maya kung bakit iba-iba daw ang color ng popcorn sa SN. May nakasalubong sila, si Mildred, na may connection kay Ms. Victoria na hindi ko rin maintindihan, parang si Ricky. May nakasalubong ulit sila, si Milly(?), kasamahan daw dati ni Maya na naloko rin ng recruiter.

Dumating na ang delivery ng materials for the renovation ng mansion. Ayun! Irerenovate na din sa wakas

Tay Arturo approaches Kute sa bahay ng mga Dela Rosa. “Anong kailangan niyo?”-kute “Gusto lang sana kitang makausap”-TA “Akala ko nakalimutan mo na yung address namin kasi mga labinglimang taon ka ng di bumalik” Kute tells TA na busy daw siya then walks back inside the house. NT saw TA leave. NT admits na siya ang nagpapunta kay TA para makapagusap sila ni Kute. “Huli na po ang lahat Nay e. Wala na pong dapat pag-usapan”-kute

 

Second gap:

Iritable si Kute sa chibugan. Ayaw pa makipagusap ni Kute kay NT, busy daw siya. Sobrang bad mood si Kute.

Continuation ng foodtrip nina Maya at Ricky, yung place sa teaser, pinakain daw ni Maya si Ricky ng taho, hotcake at something na di ko masyado naintindihan hehe sorry. Parang they’re eating balot yata with softdrinks.

Bakit daw di pa ligawan ni Niccolo ang bestfriend niya, sabi nung nag-advice sa kanya. Lalaki daw bestfriend niya kaya di pwede. Luke asks Niccolo kung nililigawan daw ba niya si Nikki, nabilaukan si Niccolo. Oops muntik na! May itatanong daw si Angge kay Luke about Singapore. Sinabihan ni Iñigo na sinungaling si Niccolo. Niccolo tells him na totoo naman daw na hindi siya nanliligaw.

Maya and Ricky sees NT outside their house na parang di okay. Kute tells Maya na di raw talaga niya kayang kausapin si TA. Okay lang daw sabi ni Maya, di raw kailangan pilitin.

 

Third gap:

Ricky tells NT na wag ma magworry at baka hindi naman daw galit si Kute, sama lang ng loob. Kute tells Maya na nakakasama raw ng loob na pinapunta pa si TA. Maya tells Kute na ginagawa lang daw ni NT kung ano sa tingin niyang mabuti para sa kanila. Mahirap daw yung may dala-dalang galit. Ayaw na malaman ni Kute ang reasons ni TA at ayaw niya na makita kahit kelan. Kung ano daw ang sakit na naramdaman ni Maya, doble daw yung kay Kute. Kute breaks down. Ang hirap daw kay Maya at NT, pag dating kay TA, ang daling magpauto. Kute walks out of the room. Ouch!

Nainis ng konti si Kute kay Cho dahil nagiinsist siya na sumama kay Kute. Cho asks NT kung tungkol daw ba iyon kay TA.

While crying, Maya tells Ricky na galit na din si Kute sa kanya. Ricky comforts her and tells her na pag balik nu Kute saka na lang sila mag-usap. Aw gusto ko yung ganitong moment na kinocomfort ni Ricky si Maya or vice versa

 

Naririnig niyo yung tilaok ng manok habang nag-uusap si KUTE at TA!!! Anong oras kaya nila kinunan ang scene na yan??

 

TA to KUTE: Mas maganda kang padre de pamilya!

ANAK babalik na ako sa Cebu.

 

Fourth gap:

Kute goes to a place na may lake or ilog, pero parang di naman yun yung most romantic place? TA arrives dun sa lugar kung nasaan si Kute. Kute asks kung pinapunta raw ba siya ni NT. TA tells Kute na di raw siya pinatawad ni NT. He explains na ginagawa raw ni NT yun para sa kanila, lalo na sa kanya. Alam naman daw ni Kute kung bakit siya umalis, di na raw magbabago yun. Siguro gusto lang daw ni NT na makahingi siya ng tawad kahit papaano, sabi ni TA. Tanggap daw ni TA yung galit ni Kute at habang buhay niyang dadalhin sa kunsensiya niya yun. Kaya niya raw tiisin yung galit pero yung malaman na nag-aaway sila dahil sa kanya, di niya raw kaya yun, sabi ni TA. “Bakit ka bumalik?” -Kute “Di ko alam…Siguro noong nagkausap kami ng kapatid mo, nagkita kami ulit, parang nabigyan ako ng pag-asa na…pwedeng bumalik ang lahat sa dati, kahit sandali lang”-TA Alam daw ni TA na di mangyayari yun at wala siyang karapatan na pagsabihan siya dahil kung tutuusin, mas mabuti si Kute na padre de pamilya. Crayola silang dalawa. Pinagbabayaran na raw ni TA yung kasalanan niya. TA tells Kute na uuwi na raw siya ulit sa Cebu at huling beses na raw ito at di na manggugulo. “Minsan ka ng di tumupad sa pangako mo, Tay.” -Kute (non verbatim) TA leaves Kute alon. May napulot si Kute na paper boat. Flashback: gumagawa si young Kute, na girl pa noon with long hair, ng paper boat. TA helps her to make the paper boat. TA promises young Kute na igagawa pa siya ng mas maraming paper boat kinabukasan. Present: Kute cries harder. Grabe ang galing ni Aiza

Teaser:
Bati na sina Maya at Kute. Nagsorry na si Kute kay Maya at NT.

Watched the complete video of the wedding presscon. What can I say? Again, I love the body language, the hampasan, the stares, the bulungan (careless whispers). This loveteam is just simply oozing with on and off screen chemistry…and we can’t do anything about that.
Ang cute lang that these two, Richard and Maya, are enjoying simple dates talaga. Lakad lakad lang, kain kain ng hindi sunog na popcorn!  Ang sutil at ang kulit lang din talaga ni Mayabels eh! Pero ansabeeee naman ng “Si Richard, mapapangasawa ko.” Proud na proud fiancee, sabagay kung ako man yun di ba? Announce ko talaga sa buong bayan! At kamusta naman yung haba ng description ni Maya. Hindi ko na din natandaan.  Pero si Mildred, kung makatingin haaaaaa!!!  At talagang kung anik anik ang pinakain kay Ricky boy! Si Ricky boy na conscious sa figure niya. Amp! As if naman magagawa mong di sumipot sa kasal, noh.

Excited na ako sa new look ng mansion. Uuwi pa kaya sila dun before going to Japan o flylalu na, karakaraka after ng wedding for the honeymoon? Yaaay! Whole week next week ang taping sa Batangas ah? Siguro til the reception noh? Tapos 16, flylalu na sa Japan. Hanggang 20. That’s Saturday-Wednesday. Tapos babalik daw for the after wedding party? Iba pa yuuuun talaga sa reception? May ganyan talaga? Iba talaga ang wedding na ito.

 

Live everyone,  naman ako kay Kute! Grabe, you can’t help but feel her pain. Nakakaiyak siya. Ang galing galing galing! That’s why the show works eh, it has effects on you while watching, kahit hindi mo naman naexperience, you know someone na may ganung experience, hindi pwedeng hindi ka magrereak. The writers are so appreciative din of the actors breathing life to the characters!  Sana things will get better between Tay Arturo and Kute na, just in time for the wedding. Filipinos love these kind of family reunions, don’t we?

Wala yung “I’ll show you, hindi ka lugi for marrying me.” Siguro they felt na anticlimatic with how heavy the drama was with the episode? O sa Monday pa siya ipapakita?  Speaking of, date niiiiiiiiiiiighht!!! Sana nga pumunta sila sa most romantic place kahit gabi na?

Oh, how far the two have come with their closeness, just in time for their wedding and honeymoon.  And what I love about RY here is ang dami niyang bagong hirit and we all know how gregarious Jods naman is… I love thay they are enjoying the company of each other with how busy their schedules are. Which makes me think na yung Gown #3 ang pipiliin ni Maya for the wedding proper, sis. The sketch just looks too ornate because of the way the lace is depicted. I’m sure that gown looks more like Kate’s…very much in tune with the Princess motif for the reception. Unang choice ko #2 like most people here, but after what Abby said, parang mas appropriate #3 yata.

 

Ay sis… winner yan pag nag-selfie sila sa loob ng bridal car after the wedding! Malalaglag siguro ako sa kinalalagyan ko sa kilig.

And the photographers/videographers requested them to show their overflowing love and excitement. Kaya naman pak na pak talaga ang pre-nup video.
Ang hirap kumawala sa characters talaga. Like next week, Mon-Fri taping for the pre, actual and post wedding and the reception and then Sat-Wed they will be in Japan for their honeymoon and then pagbalik, after party naman. Walang gap eh… Oh well, kayang kaya na nila yan.

 

I think the after wedding party usually is for friends, colleagues and relatives who were not able to attend the wedding reception especially if the venue is too far. So pwede this will be for some of Maya’s FA friends and Richard’s engineers and technicians.

Anyway I am only guessing. Alam naman natin napaka unpredictable ng takbo ng serye. Akala natin yun na yun di pa pala.

 

I think you’re right about the after party. It’s common yata in Chinese weddings. I attended one when my Chinese classmate got married. The wedding was held earlier in the day in Bacolod, the bride’s hometown, where they had the main reception. Then the whole entourage including close relatives of bride and groom who already participated in earlier events all flew to Manila where the groom is from. Another lavish reception was held where there was an overflow of gifts from the groom’s family to the bride (mahirap buhatin pa sa Bacolod yung Chedeng). That was the one to which we, the bride’s classmates, were invited and most of the other attendees were from the groom’s side. The bride was very beautiful in a cocktail dress similar to Maya’s LBD but hers was in gorgeous red which really complemented her fine complexion.

The wedding and reception scenes will be shot from Nov. 10 to 15 for a week-long airing that starts Nov. 17.
Maya and Ser Chief’ will honeymoon in Japan, Sta. Maria told Inquirer. “It’s been Maya’s dream to experience snow and Ser Chief naturally wants to grant her wish.”
Ocampo said the original plan was to have the actors fly to the United States, but that the schedule was too tight. “Japan is closer,” she explained. “They will leave on the 16th and return to Manila on the 20th for the after-wedding party.”
Codirected by Jeffrey Jeturian and Mervin Bondial, the series premiered on July 9, 2012. Sixteen months later, Ocampo still can’t believe it lasted so long. “We were gunning for just 13 weeks,” she said, “because we had a very simple story. But the viewers just loved the characters!”
The exec said there was no immediate plan to end the show and that, in fact, the wedding would start a new chapter in the lead characters’ life together. “One thing is certain: We will get to witness Maya become a mom.”

Yes sis!  First question, naisip ko din bakit ba 3 days ang shoot sa simbahan, I was thinking baka pati yung wedding rehearsals + yung pag aayos ng lay out ng simbahan + ang arrival ng guests. Was thinking na baka yung isang buong araw ang ilalaan para sa ceremony itself.

Mukhang iba pa ang reception sa after wedding party. Kasi magkaiba siyang tinutukoy ni Jods sa presscon eh.  Tapos sabi ni Miss Ginny, the entire week daw ng Nov 18-22 all about the wedding and reception pa.

Kailan ko ba balikan ang videos? Nalito din ako na kailangan bumalik for the after wedding party… well malalaman natin yan sa mga text promo winners

Napapanood tuloy ako ng celeb weddings. Yung Aga-Charlene and Ryan-Juday. Naiiyak ako kasi nai-imagine ko si Richard at Maya yun. Ibang level na talaga ka-adik-an ko.  Kahiya!

Dahil sa food trip nina Ricky and Maya habang palakad-lakad, bigla ko tuloy na-miss ang binatog!

Like the scene where SC was trying to comfort a crying Maya. Remember a similar scene, noong early training ni Maya sa Time Airways at mean pa si Ms. Belmonte. It was a pat in the back then, ngayon super level up na talaga sina Ricky and Maya. Both sweet scenes!

 

Yeah. Akala ko akbay akbay lang with one hand eh, iba na talaga si Ricky, medyo hug na siya eh. Comes naturally na rin siguro with how deep na the relationship of Maya and Ricky is

 

Sis ube, hindi ko na masyado maalala pero hindi ba nakaka*t*t yang binatog at kung ano-ano pang pinaghalo-halo nila sa tiyan nila? At sinabayan pa ng Coke na naka-plastic with straw!!! Puro gas!!!

If magshoot sila ng wedding scenes from Nov 11 -14 then Nov 16-20 fly to Japan for the honeymoon, tapos wala nanan nagsu-surface na BTS ng reception baka nga after ng Japan trip yung taping ng reception scenes na may JODZ and CHENES . yung mga without the mag PARTNER they can shoot ahead na.

Ako din kinilabutan sa video sis! Kinilabutan ako sa wedding coordinator under the name of PJ Pangilinan (Na akala ko part ng MangoRed or Jason Magbanua team). Parang totoong totoong kasal lang talaga.

 

 

Hope you don’t mind me answering. From what I gather dun sa presscon, the total 3 days would be all about the:

1) prep leading to the church on the first day of shooting like yung normal ka ek-ekan for the bride and groom with their entourage usually taken sa hotel or kung saan bibihis ang bride and groom.

2) 2nd day perhaps be the wedding ceremony in its solemn entirety

3) Possible the reception on the 3rd day of shooting

Pwede rin na mauna nila i-shoot ang sa reception kasi mas gugugol sila dito ng maraming oras dahil nga may mga production numbers at other traditional ceremonies pa usually during the reception like cutting of the cake and speeches. During this time they can shoot in sequence or as per the script whereas sa church dere-derecho kaya most likely they will shoot the church wedding hapon or gabi ng Nov 14. Good luck na lang sa editor nila.

What we are sure of though is the church wedding on the 15th and the week after that is the wedding reception. That will give them time to shoot enough materials for the honeymoon while the week for the reception is being shown on tv.

Just thinking of how Richard and Jodi will prepare emotionally and mentally for the wedding ceremony and what their feelings will be during the solemnity of marriage since they have to be continuously in character for an hour or two nonstop. No way will they be allowed to have lapses in their characterisations because no one will shout cut and do a retake in the middle of the ceremony. This goes to the rest of the cast who have got roles during the ceremony as well.

 

Ditto. I’m sure the emotions will be overflowing. Shooting the ceremony in its entirety is really a smart decision. Letting the viewers see and feel that they really are in an actual wedding.

Sis rabbit, I think you’re right about the after party. It’s common yata in Chinese weddings. I attended one when my Chinese classmate got married. The wedding was held earlier in the day in Bacolod, the bride’s hometown, where they had the main reception. Then the whole entourage including close relatives of bride and groom who already participated in earlier events all flew to Manila where the groom is from. Another lavish reception was held where there was an overflow of gifts from the groom’s family to the bride (mahirap buhatin pa sa Bacolod yung Chedeng). That was the one to which we, the bride’s classmates, were invited and most of the other attendees were from the groom’s side. The bride was very beautiful in a cocktail dress similar to Maya’s LBD but hers was in gorgeous red which really complemented her fine complexion.

 

 

Sis, meron!!! Remember the first time that Nay Tere & Tay Turo met? Yung yard nung meeting place, nakabakod ng kawayan na mataas at biglang liko yung tricycle ni Nay Tere. Diyan din nag meet si Jeff at yung balikbayan girl from Singapore, which Kute just referenced a few minutes ago in the rewind (but actual was cut dahil express na yung rewind). Baka yan yung regular trysting place para sa mga nagtatago sa San Nicolas!!!!

 

 

Mga classmates, hindi kaya tayo nililigaw lang ng BCWMH by putting out leaks about Taal church? Kasi alam ko diyan sa loob ng Villa Escudero may magandang church, parang miniature ng mga centuries old na churches. Not the one that they converted to a museum, ha. This one I’m talking about, I saw during the feast of San Isidro Labrador many years ago. A priest-friend was invited by Don Escudero and a whole group of us out on a long weekend tagged along. Suerte nga pati some Australian consultants who were then working with us. The church is small, but above the altar there is a stage where the choir sometimes performs. It’s just perfect for a pared down ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra. There’s also a regular choir loft at the back from where very nice shots of the wedding can be taken. Ang maganda sa Church na yan, pwedeng very controlled ang crowd because hindi ba gated naman ang Villa Escudero? No special permit, no entry for shooting days.

Our visit was very hectic so I don’t remember now exactly what part of the Villa Escudero it’s in. But I do remember we participated in a very long procession weaving thru the authentic village where the workers in the resort reside with their families (montik ko masunog yung tail ng barong ni Don Escudero with my candle sa kakapanood ko sa street dancing extravaganza at katitingala sa street decor). The procession ended at this Church then the reception with Bayanihan-like entertainment was held walking distance din in a very large enclosed hall. Very ideal for a shooting where they might want to keep everything under wraps.

 

 

The wedding planner posted na a pic of the church and the aisle that the bride would walk in, and the images na pinakita ni Ricky kay Maya on yesterday’s episode are Taal Basilica pictures. Excited na nga ang mga taga Taal eh!  Weeks before, alam na nila ang dates ng taping. Baka they chose Villa Escudero as the reception + wedding night location kasi similar siya sa most romantic place nila Maya and Ricky.

 

 

Maybe in another show, sis pippin!  Pwede na sa akin ang ala PUS date sa most romantic place. 

 

Ang sarap talaga ulit-ulitin nitong PUS date…just finished sa Sabado Rewind.

Sana naman the reason for rushing the Sabado Rewind is that, starting from the weekend after Nov 15, the rewind will be a synopsis of the prior 5 weekdays. That way, more people who can watch only the rewind can join in sa forums like these to offer their two-cents’ worth. Hindi sila masyadong malayo from our weekday experience.

Yeah. One of the best moments of the show ang PUS date.

First, unlikely ang new episodes pag Saturday kasi hindi na nila yan kakayanin.  So I think, highlights of Monday-Friday episodes which I think is okay lang since 2hours naman ang Sabado Rewind, konting konti lang ang mawawala. Para rin the viewers are up-to-date na with what’s happening on the recent episodes.  I don’t think they’d stop the Sabado Rewind kasi wala namang news kung ano ang papalit sa show.  Mahirap din humanap since it’s a 2 hr timeslot.

 

I just hope na if it would be the M-F rewind kind of thing, it would help boost the interest of the public sa show, and that would help expand their viewership by having more viewers hooked. Ang worries ko lang kasi ay ma-over expose na ang mga tao sa show (and not all people are like us, you know what I mean), at baka mabawasan ang viewers nila ng weekdays at online. I would just trust the management on this one.

On the possibility that they would stop airing Rewind na, pwede. They have a lot of game shows and reality shows lined up. Already saw a list. Di ko lang alam ang timeslot nung mga yun.

Just watched the teaser. Yung hatak ni Ricky kay Maya sa last part, tapos pabulong sabi ni Ricky “hheeeeyyyy”, and then may nguso— ano bah!!! Yung voice ni Ricky nakaka….. nakaka….. nakaka…. wiwi sa kilig !!! Kakaloka na to !!!
Nag rest muna ako yesterday & for sure busy na sa kakiligan starting monday. Bahala na si batman sa kin s Friday.

Can’t believe it! Lapit na talaga ang kasal.Hands down talaga ako sa preparation na ginagawa sa wedding.Parang real talaga! Sa show
na to lang nangyari ang ganyang prep. swerte talaga ni Jodi & Richard.

Di na talaga kailangan ng big stars na mga guests..yung cast na lang pede na sa kin kasi sila naman talaga naghirap para maging successful ang show.

Dahil sa kanila naging adik ako. sa totoo lang eto lang ang local series na pinapanood ko,I don’t even watch the primetime shows.

Di dumadating Kute. Kain na sila after 9. Si Ricky lang may gana. Una na si Cho, iwan mag jowa. Scene about di luge. Montik na naman maka basag. May chores din daw siya nung bata. Pero joskop! Pinag patong patong na pinggan, di man kinayas mga tira-tira!
Nagkandatulog mag jowa salas…spooning paupo. Mag-uumaga uwi si Kute. Ricky lang gising.

 

Gising din Cho. Ricky tells Kute asikasuhin na si Cho. Then gives sleeping Maya behind her ear. “Everything will be alright.”

Side note: Doggie ko when rubbed behind ear tumitirik mata sa sarap. Kung gising kaya si Maya?

Sis, grabe talaga ang devastation! Do you think they might consider a postponement of the airing of the wedding up to at least next week para they don’t seem so insensitive with all the celebration where just a few hours away, there are bodies lining the streets still unattended to? Iniisip ko nga baka Ma’m Melody and the kids should maybe go and do TEAM YAP GIVES BACK even without Daddy Ricky kasi tiga-Visayas siya.

Ang ganda ng fund-raising ni Anne Curtis…P500 to have a picture taken with her. Naku!!! Ang daming magbabayad niyan or even higher to have pictures taken with RY or JSM (P500 each, separate lines). Or maybe they can have online auction of seats in the Taal Cathedral or the after-party.

 

Like what they did with the seats in one of the finale shows ng The Voice. This might be a good idea, sis

 

Just had to attend to some pressing matters these last few days kaya di masyado maka pag fangirling.

Trouble is while I was rumi-real life, I can’t help but have pre-wedding jitters. Coupled pa with the overall feeling of gloom in view of the severe damage Yolanda has wrought upon our brothers and sisters and their properties in the affected places. Bumaba talaga adrenaline ko.

But, as ever, BCWMH, is a breath of fresh air. At least, the show diverts our attention to something pleasant. For a while we get a respite from all those heartbreaking news.

True to form, the show never fails to give us that feel-good feeling.

Agree ako sa mga suggestions ninyo to have a fundraiser. Di naman nila na-predict na magkaka-bagyo when they scheduled the wedding so it should not be taken against them. Pwedeng gamitin na lang yung wedding to help those in need.

 

 

Mga sis, may wedding magazine!!! Paki post naman kaagad where we can get it as soon as it comes out! Sana may coffee table book din kasi sa laki ng gastos nila dapat may semi-permanent medium for mementos. Different pa from DVD because you can have this lying around your living room for waiting guests to peruse. This should take longer to produce so BCWMH writers can do original write-ups to go with the pictures. And I suppose reproduction will take longer for better quality photographs. Sa Hongkong and Singapore pa rin ba ginagawa ang color separation for coffee table books o the digital inventions have abbreviated production stages?

Martes, November 12 sa kasalan ng taon sa “Be Careful with My Heart”

 

 

Done watching the episode… Sa wakas.

Yung totoo, Ricky? Kumuha ka pa ng hotel room eh noh? Halos dun ka na rin naman sa bahay nila Maya nagstay. Okay, values… values. Yung ramdam mo na, na part na talaga sila ng family ng isat isa talaga. Ayun, hindi naman pala nacut ang ‘lugi’ part, atat naman kasi.  Ang cute nila mag argue, ano? This time, talo si Ricky kasi pinagpatong lang naman niya yung plates, ni hindi niya pinagsama ang left overs.  Pero myghaaaaaaaaaaadddd! Bakit naman may ganung drama na tayo sa pagtulog? Kailangan yung nakahiga na ano? Ang sarap ng pagkakahiga ni Jods dun.  Shocks! Praktis praktis na lang pag may time.

Kamusta naman ang pagdating ng mga Lim sa San Nicolas? Celeb na celeb ang dating. Sobrang laugh trip na feel na feel nina Doris at Sabel, with their sunnies and scarfs, pak! Para talaga silang isang batalyon kung dumating, ang loud din, andun pa si Rafi! (Hmm, may mali na ba sa akin kung nagseselos pa din ako kay Rafi, in a good way, for Maya? Ganda babae kasi, bagay pa sila ni Ricky… Wag nyo ko awayin ha?  ) At talaga namang nakipagkamay pa.

The delaRosas may not be the typical ideal and perfect Filipino family pero ang saya lang din talaga nila tignan.  You can feel the love talaga at pamilya ang turingan. Nakakatouch naman ang gift ni TA kay Maya. At simpleng simple ang message na nakasulat, pero tumatagos sa puso. Tama naman yun talaga. Si Kute, uuuuuy bumibigay na, just in time for the wedding.  Tao lang din naman tayo lahat, di ba?

And lastly, I love it that natural ng touchy feely ang dalawa nating bida sa isat isa. More on this later. At nakarami ng kiss si Cardo!

 

 

 

I have the same reservations din about the airing (as scheduled) of the wedding celeb, in deference to the many lives and properties lost, the magnitude of the devastation Yolanda has caused.

I am sure Team Yap, and even JSM, would not be remiss in their civic duties. This is another thing we admire about them, they know how to give back. And while we are at this, perhaps, in our own little way, we can also do our own share of “kapit-bisig”. A little help will surely go a long way.

 

Naiyak naman talaga ako kanina sa news, sobrang nakakalungkot talaga yung mga pangyayari sa Visayas.

I think BCWMH would find a way to touch our lives pa din despite this tragedy, if they were able to squeeze in the importance of relief operations for the earthquake victims, they will definitely find a way to give attention and importance sa mga nangyari in the recent events.

But one of the best values na tinuro ng BCMWH is Kapit-Bisig. Kaya Kapit-Bisig tayo Pilipinas!

Watching the vids taken dun sa Tacloban, Samar, Leyte, aklan at sa ibang places, I cannot help but cry. it is just so heartbreaking! nakakaawa talaga sila, nakakaawa ang bayan nating mahal. sabi nga parang nabura na sa mapa ang ilang bayan sa magnitude ng devastation na dinulot ni supertyphoon Yolanda. Sobrang nakakalungkot yung dami ng people dead or missing.

NGARAG ang ilang photographers na kakilala namin dahil kailangan nilang magbabad ngayon sa taping ng Be Careful With My Heart para sa rehearsal ng kasal nina Richard Yap at Jodi Sta. Maria bilang sina Sir Chief at Maya.

Kinakarir talaga ng buong production ang special wedding episode ng serye, gagawin itong makatotohanan dahil mula sa maliliit na detalye ng kasal hanggang sa magiging reception ay ipalalabas para mas maging makatotohanan sa manonood.

Kuwento sa amin ng isang photographer, “Kukunan kasi namin lahat ng nangyayari para sa kasal, mula preparations hanggang sa seremonya hanggang sa reception kasi maglalabas ang ABS-CBN ng magazine special para sa wedding nina Sir Chief at Maya.

“Tapos sa mismong kasal nila, doon, marami na kaming photog kasi hindi kakayanin kung dalawa lang kaming photographer, masaya, for a change, nasa probinsiya kami ng ilang araw,” sabi pa sa amin.

Marami raw kasing fans ang nagre-request na sana maglabas ng magazine ang tinaguriang wedding of the year nina Sir Chief at Maya bukod pa sa mga kababayan natin sa ibang bansa na avid viewer ng Be Careful with My Heart.

Hmmm, sa The Buzz Magazine kaya ilalabas ang kasalang Sir Chief at Maya ngayong Disyembre bilang last issue na rin nila?
Hanggang Disyembre na lang daw kasi ang The Buzz Magazine dahil nga wala na ang The Buzz sa TV.

Pero naisip namin baka hindi naman totally tsugi ang magazine dahil pwede naman itong gawing Buzz ng Bayan. “Ay hindi puwede, kailangang maghintay ka ng isang taon muna bago ka maglabas ulit ng magazine,” katwiran sa amin ng isang taga-publication.

Samantala, tingnan natin kung kakabugin talaga ng Sir Chief-Maya wedding ang lahat ng kasalan sa showbiz. Kasi ngayon lang din kami makakapanood ng isang wedding scene na talagang pinaghandaan, ginastusan at pinagpaguran ng isang TV network.

At tiyak na milyones ang inilabas ng ABS sa nasabing kasalan, idagdag pa ang magaganap na honeymoon nina Jodi at Richard na sa Japan pa kukunan.

Be Careful wedding just the beginning

MANILA, Philippines – The entourage is complete, the venues set and spruced up, the guest list finalized, no objections are foreseen, and the bride and groom are experiencing the usual, last-minute wedding jitters.
There’s no stopping the Be Careful with My Heart wedding of Ser Chief (Richard Yap) and Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) on Nov. 15, which the cast and crew are treating just like a real wedding.
According to Ginny Ocampo, business unit head of the hit ABS-CBN daytime series, the wedding is poised to become a record-breaker in Philippine entertainment TV. She said that the wedding ceremony and reception scenes will run for two weeks and these will be taped live close to the airing dates to better imbibe the spirit of the occasion. “For the record, it’s going to be longest wedding airing for a soap opera,” Ginny told The STAR.
The production has envisioned it as a simple wedding visually, in keeping with the character of Maya, the simple barrio lass who finds true love in the big city, but not the mounting. “All the platforms of ABS-CBN are involved, from online, digital, promo, marketing, sales, to Star Records, Star Home Video, then we have a soundtrack, publishing. It beats a real wedding,” explained Ginny.
With such scale of production, it is only but expected that the lead stars have to deal with pre-wedding nerves.

“It seems so surreal because it does seem like a true wedding,” Richard told The STAR, explaining that they undergo whatever preparations are required from a couple about to wed such as marriage counseling, a pre-nuptial shoot and rehearsals. “Since we have to get into the character also, we feel what it feels to be in a real wedding.”
As for Jodi, “I’ve been saying that what’s only lacking are papers. Whatever a soon-to-be-married couple experience, that’s also what our characters experience. The preparations are no joke.”
And unlike other shows, the wedding is not yet the ending but just a beginning for the series, despite rumors of a December conclusion or that the nuptials will signal the final stages of the program.
Richard said, “People expect that the show will end on a wedding because most shows are like that. This will probably be a first: That the wedding of a show is a beginning of something else. So, we will try to show that because that’s what the audience also wants.”
Jodi added, “After the wedding, it’s going to be a new chapter in the story of Maya and Ser Chief, and this time as one, as a married couple.”
That means viewers will see next honeymoon scenes in Japan, which the cast and crew will shoot beginning Nov. 16, and Maya finally entering motherhood. “Based on our script, one thing is sure, Maya will give birth,” Ginny revealed.
Be Careful has outlived many a teleserye already since it started airing July of last year. ABS-CBN president and CEO Charo Santos-Concio was quoted as saying that the show “will be there forever.”
The production and cast are realistic enough not expect it will run forever. “We don’t know if it will last for another year, at the same time, it could end anytime,” but Ginny also confirmed that no closure is in sight yet for the series based on management’s decision, research and survey, and patronage of viewers and subscribers.
This “indefinite” stay on the boob tube doesn’t only spell pressure for the Be Careful team, but it can also be exhausting.
Jodi said, “Oo naman, mga tao lang kami. We also get tired considering how tight our schedule is. But don’t get me wrong because Be Careful has really been a blessing for all of us. We can still do it as a team.”
Nobody from the cast and crew had imagined Be Careful would enjoy several extensions. It started out as an experiment, employing a tried-and-tested onscreen formula (in the mold of Sound of Music or locally, Wanted: Perfect Mother) to create a tandem out of relative newcomer Richard Yap as the wealthy widow and father of three, and Jodi, in her first-ever TV lead role as a provincial girl and big dreamer who endears herself as the family nanny.
Asked why their onscreen team-up works even with the common knowledge that they’re both happy with their respective loves and personal lives, Jodi surmised, “From the very start of the series, we didn’t have to pretend something was going on between us. People have always known that we have our respective partners na yung ginawa namin sa trabaho namin ay very professional at kung ano ang kailangan at hiningi ng script, as much as possible yun yung binibigay namin.”
So much has also been said and written about how and why the series clicks with the viewers, scoring high-profile fans like the new UK Ambassador to the Philippines, who reportedly wants to attend the Be Careful wedding.
Ginny said, “We were supposed to air for 13 weeks only and we weren’t even sure if could manage 13. We thought we were good with 10 because the storyline is so thin. What we didn’t expect is that once the characters endeared themselves to the viewers, you won’t have to rely too much on the plot, but on the characters instead.”
She added that despite the fairytale component of the series, “I think the secret to its success is its authenticity. The characters and what they go through are very real and very relatable.”
As for the lead stars, they said they continue to learn from their characters every day. While Jodi admitted that she finds Maya “too positive,” still, “what I’ve learned from her is that no matter how ugly a situation is, she always believes there’s something good that comes out of it. And we tend to forget that. We are sometimes too focused on the negative things that we forget and fail to see the blessings.”
