Wanted to watched it with hubby kaya lang alam kong he’ll tease me kasi box ng tissue kaya maubos ko. Makikinood na lang ako sa kanila mamaya, siguro hindi na ako iiyak! Grabe ‘tong ginagawa sa ‘kin ng BCWMH… I’m sure after this may migraine ako…

Mukhang napagkaisahan si Richard at Jodi dun sa kiss the bride…wala ata sa script yung 2nd and 3rd…pansin sa tawa at reaction nung couple  pero dahil continuous ang pag roll ng camera wala na silang nagawa but to go with the flow.

In fairness, nag-level up nanaman yung holding hands. Nag-intertwine na during the marriage seminar. Yung hug din ni Maya kay Ricky after finding out na sa Japan ang honeymoon, above the shoulders na.

Yung kiss, getting there. May sipsipan na e.

 

In fairness naman may improvement. I hope they’re reserving the comfortable level after the honeymoon. Yung hindi mo na ma fefeel na nag hohold back.

Done BRing… And I SUPER AGREE with two points…

One, I guess we were all pleasantly surprised with our gwapo gwapo but oh so emotional groom! I actually hoped he’ll cry while his lovely bride is walking down the aisle, parang suntok na nga yun sa buwan since naman nga the character is not too much on showing emotions plus we haven’t seen him cry. But Richard, with his cracked voice, and reddish nose and ears, wiping the tears about to fall, almost the entire ceremony with his cute hanky, that was beyoooond what we all hoped for. Juiceko, another pressure sa mpapapangasawa ko.  He was every inch the groom, daig pa nga niya yung ibang grooms who played it cool nung mga weddings nila eh.  Ganda mo lang, Jods! Kainish! Biglang ganun?

And two, I also didn’t see any awkwardness. What I also saw was the sapat at tama lang na amouNt of kaba which is understandable naman with all the things running through their heads. Bawing bawi naman with how they looked at each other, and the occasional glances like a REAL couple. Hindi naman yung OA na tinginan na lang ng tinginan, balanseng balanse lang.  Ang galing! RY was sooo cute with his vows na may hawak pa siyang copy! Kinabahan lolo niyo dun, aminin! Pero the cute kind of kaba naman. I love his cracked voice, red nose and ears kakapigil umiyak during the vow. Si Jods, on the other hand naman, ang hirap kasi pigilan yung ganung klase ng iyak! Uncontrollable na kasi. Buti naenunciate niya pa ng maayos yung words.  Medyo utal utal lang din…

Exactly a year ago na pala since nagsimula ang mga veranda dates nila, level up from principal’s office to the porch pagkabalik ni Maya galing San Nicolas.

This is such a sweet sweet day for us having witnessed such a lovely and romantic wedding. I am still on cloud 9. While watching the replay, I still had goosebumps. Replay din ang tears of joy ko na finally Mr & Mrs Smith….I mean, Mr and Mrs Lim na sila.

And because the newlyweds donated all their wedding presents to the victims of Yolanda, I deemed it proper for me to hie off to the nearest Red Cross here and help with sorting and repacking of relief goods. And that was my wedding present for them…

Funny how even there, the wedding was still the trending topic. Most volunteers came in after lunch, alam nyo na why….

Tonight ko lang naramdaman lahat ng pagod, the stress, the aligaga, the wedding jitters, the sleepless nights, while awaiting the wedding of the century. But it was worth all the wait and the stress.

Cutting classes ako. Hitting the sack in a few…with the hope of dreaming about two lovebirds who are spending their first night together….as husband and wife…#AsRealAsRealCanBe

Akala ko mas maganda ang vow ni Richard, nun pinanood ko na mas naiyak ako sa vow ni Maya!!! I dunno maybe how she delivered it or should I say Maya just declared to their witnesses how she will love her Ser Chief. Napakasimple, she will just love him the best way she knows how! Timpla ng kape at patatawanin. Very Maya di ba. Galing!!!

Richard pulang pula lang ang tenga. Honestly, di ko nafeel na awkward sila. I just saw the obvious, couple na kinakabahan.

I loved Abby while walking as flower girl! Lil lady na talaga.

I loved Nikki’s backless gown!

I loved the height difference between Richard and Maya. Ganun na lang palagi please.

But just want to say na kasama ako ng adiks world sa pagdiriwang sa pag-iisang dibdib nina Richard and Maya.
Halo-halo ang naramdaman ko habang nanonood (kahit ilang ulit na!) – sobrang love feeling, tears of joy, super kilig at hindi maipaliwanag na happiness! Looking forward to the reception and of course the much awaited honeymoon!

I have seen a lot of weddings sa teleserye but I would say this is the most simple and yet the most romantic. sweetest. heartfelt and most real as it can be. From start to finish you can feel the emotions. It’s not awkwardness I saw but an emotional Richard Lim ( o RY, hehehe). Special mention also sa choice of songs/musical arrangement. It adds sa feel ng wedding ceremony.

Pansin ko may lip lock na sa first kiss. Pero sana hinawakan ni SC sa chin si Maya. Hindi mapansin kung nasan ang kamay ni SC tuloy. Mga 4 sec ba to?

Sa second kiss, unang bumitaw si Maya. Di na makayanan ang kilig!

Hello classmates! Nasaan kayo? May mga hangover pa yata mga adiks o nagre-replay na naman ng epi? Sabi na nga ba kailangan ko talaga ng 3-day weekend para maka-recover sa 3 kisses na naganap. Hindi ko alam kung ilang gaps na itong napanood ko pero… ang dami ko palang di napansin sa unang nood ko. Too much into the moment, hindi na nakapagsoco!

Una sa lahat, myghed, si Richard (Guess who) pala, naglalakad pa lang sa aisle, nagpipigil na siya ng luha. It became obvious nung tumingin na siya sa dome ng church para mapigilan.  Si Jods naman, juiceko asan ba ang blue na panyo mo? Few steps, iyak na rin ng iyak. Haaaaay! At kamusta ang mga dakilang extra, talagang wedding march pa lang, kota na sa iyak.

I must say pala na the gowns and suits were exquisite! So proud of the talented Filipino designers naman! Classic and elegant, just like the rest of the wedding!

And this was where my first tear yesterday, fell. Hindi po talaga ako emotionally prepared to see an emotional Richard Yap during the wedding. I thought he’ll gonna play it cool and all kasi naman the character, Ser Chief, is not one who shows too much emotions kaya hashtag #AlamNa

Hi, sis lui! Maaga pa lang tine-train na ni Maya si Ricky. Akala ng mama nagbibiro lang siya when he said he will say sorry even if he hasn’t made a mistake. Pero ayan, lahat ng gusto ni Richard na mangyari, na-overrule na ni Maya hindi pa man sila kasal.

-Mag-isa lang si Richard nung sinabi niya kay Corrine yung aviation theme; akala niya yun ang gusto ni Maya. But it’s too masculine at talagang nung una pa man ay may istorya na si Maya ng Mahal na Hari at ang Princesa.

-Yung sunflowers, sabi mo nga si Ricky ang may gusto. Yes, sunflowers capture Maya’s personality, but on her wedding day, Maya wants to feel that she is really Ricardo’s Mahal na Mahal na Reyna so she chose the more regal calla lilies.

-At si Fred mas may papel kesa kay Sonny kasi manok ni Maya si Fred. Si Maya ang nag-encourage kay Ricky na magpatawad na.

Kaya alam na natin ngayon kung sino talaga ang masusunod sa familia Dela Rosa-Lim.

Tapos kung hindi ka pa sasadistahin eh, wedding vows na nag kasunod. Pasensya na po at hindi ko talaga kinaya iscap ang lahat. Kaya pahiram po ako ng visual aids. Ang lakas makahaba ng hair ng wedding vow ni Richard! Shaaaaaal. May copy siya ng vow pero nakapikit naman siya pag tumitingin sa baba so parang hindi naman niya binasa? Actually, sadista din itong mga ito, pwede naman may kopya ng vow sa totoong wedding nga eh

Hindi ko talaga kinakaya ang Richard! Funny, one of my workmates thought na nagkamali si Jods ng banggit ng name.  Pero this, hikbi hikbing Jods, medyo naexpect ko na. First kiss.  Taray ng veil oh, umeksena! Di ba, nakadagdag sa drama ang paglaglag ng veil? Ang galing talaga! Everything fell into place. Pero anong arte, perstaym magkiss? Eh pang11th nyo na nga? Hihi

 

 

Second kiss.  One of the best feelings in the world when at the middle of the kiss, you suddenly beams into a smile kasi ang saya mo lang. Yung ang saya saya mo lang talaga. Syempre, kasama na din sa saya ang kilig!  “You may now kiss the bride again.” Aminin may hint na ng tawang RY at JSM!

 

 

And the third kiss.  Pag ito lang talaga BCWMH, nauso! Hihihi Kunwari pa po siyang napilitan sa third kiss oh! Jodi loves to hold Chenes’ face ano? Ang sweet lang!  Ang sweet lang din ng paghawak ni Chenes sa elbow ni Jods. Wagas ang reaction ni Jods, first time, nih?

-Bakit hindi tinanong ni father kung sinong tumututol sa kasal? Tututol sana ako eh… Sayang.

Ser Chief and Maya finally exchanged ‘I do’s’ in the November 15 episode of the morning teleserye “Be Careful with My Heart.”

The fairy tale wedding, held at Basilica de San Martin de Tours in Taal, Batangas, capped a romance that kept viewers glued in front of their TV sets for more than a year.

Maya (played by Jodi Santamaria) walked down the aisle in her Avel Bacudio long-sleeved gown, while Ser Chief (Richard Yap) looked dapper in a gray suit. Maya’s mother, Teresita (Sylvia Sanchez) and sister Kute (Aiza Seguerra) escorted the blushing bride.

“Mahalin mo si Maya. Huwag kang mapapagod alagaan siya,” Kute instructed Ser Chief.

The priest (John Arcilla) advised the couple to “love and inspire each other.”

Sweet promises

 

Ser Chief promised to love Maya, whom he now fondly calls “Chief,” forever. And he recalled their first meeting at the bridge.

“Maya, I vow to love you forever, to fulfill your dreams as you have fulfilled mine, to never give you any reason to doubt, to apologize if I make a mistake, and to apologize even if I don’t make a mistake. And most of all, to constantly remind you that it is not I who is the miracle in this relationship, but you, because you turn my whole world around. And I will be forever grateful to you, my miracle, because you found your way on that bridge more than a year ago. We had very different lives then. But that bridge brought you to me, and me to you. It was just like any other night, except that you came out of the blue. And just like that, my whole world changed. I changed. And although you like to call me Ser Chief, I want you to know that it is you who will always be my chief. My boss, my sun and my love, and I won’t have it any other way. I will love you until death do us part.”

Maya, on the other hand, vowed to make Ser Chief happy always. She promised that her love for him will never change.

 

“Richard, pinapangako ko sa’yo na simula sa araw na ito, hindi mo na ulit mararamdaman na mag-isa ka o malungkot ka, kasi patatawanin kita kahit tiger mode ka pa. Dahil alam ko kahit bibihira kang tumawa o nakakunot yung noo mo, yung naniningkit iyang mga mata mo, alam kong yung puso mo punung-puno ‘yan ng pagmamahal hindi lang sa akin, pero para sa mga anak natin at para sa pamilya mo. Pinapangako ko rin na araw-araw kitang ipagtitimpla ng masarap na kape. At kahit na magtampuhan tayo, hinding-hindi magbabago yung lasa nun, gaya ng pagmamahal ko sa iyo. Sharing with Yolanda victims

 

Even during their happy moment, Ser Chief and Maya didn’t forget victims of typhoon Yolanda. The priest told wedding guests that the couple decided to share their gifts with typhoon victims.

“This is a good opportunity to show and inspire others. Kagaya ng ginawa ninyo ng pagpapalagananp ng pagmamahal ng Diyos. Nagdesisyon na po sila na ibigay o idonate lahat ng regalo na kanilang matatanggap sa araw na ito sa mga nasalanta ng bagyo. Napakagandang halimbawa, sana ipagpatuloy natin ito. Tulungan natin sila at alagaan natin sila tulad ng pagmamahal natin sa atiung mga magulang at oamilya. Ibahagi natin ang kung ano ang meron tayo. We are blessed more than what we deserve.

 

Jodi Sta. Maria was a radiant “bride” as she walked down the aisle of Basilica de San Martin de Tours in Taal, Batangas.

The lead characters of ABS-CBN’s daytime teleserye, Be Careful With My Heart, were married in an elaborate wedding ceremony that was aired earlier today, November 15.

Wearing an Avel Bacudio gown, her character, Maya dela Rosa, was all-smiles as she walked towards her groom Richard Lim, played by Richard Yap.

More popularly known as Sir Chief, Richard’s character was seen wiping his face with a handkerchief several times during the ceremony.

In a previous interview, the lead stars admitted that they felt “wedding jitters” as they prepared for the much-awaited nuptials.

Wearing a blue suit, Sir Chief was the first to pledge his undying love for his bride.

Of course, everybody knows their love story. Maya started out by working for Sir Chief as nanny to his youngest daughter Abby (Mutya Orquia).

Over time, the two developed a close friendship that culminated with their nuptials.

“I vow to love you forever,” said Sir Chief in his wedding vow, “…to fulfill your dreams as you have fulfilled mine, to never give you any reason to doubt…

“To apologize if I make a mistake and to apologize even if I don’t make a mistake.

“But most of all, to constantly remind you that is not I who is the miracle in this relationship, but it is YOU.

“Because you turned my whole world around. And I will be forever grateful to you: my miracle.”

As he said this, Maya was seen trying to hold back tears as she listened to Sir Chief recall: “Because you found your way on that bridge more than a year ago.

“We had very different lives then.

“But that bridge brought you to me and me to you.

“It was just like any other night, except you came out of the blue, and just like that, my whole world changed.

“I changed because you were already there.
“Although you like to call me Sir Chief, I want you to know that it is you who will always be my chief, my sun, and my love…and I won’t have it any other way.

MAYA’S WEDDING VOW. Through her wedding vow, an emotional Maya told her groom that she would never make him feel loneliness ever again.

“Patatawanin kita kahit na ‘tiger mode’ ka pa.

“Gaya ng pagmamahal ko sa ‘yo, hinding-hindi mawawala ang tiwala ko sa ‘yo, at sa kung anong meron tayo.

John Arcilla played the priest that wed the couple.

Even the TV series became relevant to the times when the officiating priest revealed that the “wedding gifts” received by the newlywed couple will be donated to typhoon victims.

As the closing credits rolled, Jose Mari Chan could be seen as one of the guests who performed during the wedding reception.

MANILA — “Biyaheng Retro,” a throwback anthology on ABS-CBN’s Jeepney TV, is set to offer viewers a look at celebrities before and after their rise to fame.

The program, hosted by ABS-CBN News’ Mario Dumaual and teen actress Janella Salvador, will air its first episode at 9 p.m. Sunday (November 17) on Jeepney TV or SkyCable channel 9.

The debut offering of “Biyaheng Retro” will feature the stories of several celebrities including “Be Careful With My Heart” star Richard Yap, basketball player-turned-actor Benjie Paras, and film actress Alice Dixson.

Yap, for instance, landed his first TV ad in 1990, which made him reconsider his ambitions of becoming a doctor. His ongoing soap on ABS-CBN is now the No. 1 daytime program in the country.

Paras, on the other hand, had his first break in showbiz on GMA-7 after encountering problems in his PBA contract. He went on to become a mainstay on ABS-CBN “Oki Doki Doc” in 1993 until 2000.

Dixson, Binibining Pilipinas-International in 1986, gained further popularity when she appeared in a TV ad for a soap brand. At the time, she was dubbed the “It Girl” of local television.

“I never lost faith in love, but getting married is a different story. One should be really prepared for it,” said actress Jodi Sta. Maria, whose five-year marriage to businessman Pampi Lacson is in the process of being annulled. They broke up in 2010.

They have a 7-year-old son, Thirdy. Sta. Maria said she had become “more realistic” since tying the knot eight years ago. [deleted a sentence ]

Sta. Maria was nudged into discussing love and marriage only because of the coming wedding of her character Maya de la Rosa in the popular ABS-CBN drama series “Be Careful With My Heart,” and Ricky “Ser Chief” Lim, played by Richard Yap.
“Our viewers have waited a long time for this,” the actress said during a media gathering on Monday. “It will look like a real wedding. We will even have rehearsals, a counseling session, a pre-nup pictorial and an AVP shoot. Plus, an after-wedding party and reception!”

Entourage, honeymoon
Entertainment writers were provided a copy of the bridal entourage for the “Lim-De la Rosa Nuptials.” Ser Chief’s son Luke (Jerome Ponce) is best man; daughters Nikki (Janella Salvador) and Abby (Mutya Orquia), are maid of honor and flower girl, respectively; Maya’s nephew Pocholo (JM Ibañez), is the coin and ring bearer. Sta. Maria will wear two gowns by Avel Bacudio.

Business unit head Ginny Ocampo said several network departments—online, digital, promo, marketing, sales, security and publishinKg—were involved in the “wedding.”* “We also sought the help of Star Records and Star Home Video,” Ocampo said. The wedding and reception scenes will be shot from Nov. 10 to 15 for a week-long airing that starts Nov. 17.
Maya and Ser Chief’ will honeymoon in Japan, Sta. Maria told Inquirer. “It’s been Maya’s dream to experience snow and Ser Chief naturally wants to grant her wish.”

Ocampo said the original plan was to have the actors fly to the United States, but that the schedule was too tight. “Japan is closer,” she explained. “They will leave on the 16th and return to Manila on the 20th for the after-wedding party.”

Codirected by Jeffrey Jeturian and Mervin Bondial, the series premiered on July 9, 2012. Sixteen months later, Ocampo still can’t believe it lasted so long. “We were gunning for just 13 weeks,” she said, “because we had a very simple story. But the viewers just loved the characters!”

The exec said there was no immediate plan to end the show and that, in fact, the wedding would start a new chapter in the lead characters’ life together. “One thing is certain: We will get to witness Maya become a mom.”

‘Fairytale wedding’ airs on November 15

MANILA — Credited for shaking up daytime programming on local TV, “Be Careful With My Heart” started as an “experimental” series which has become arguably the most popular “kilig-serye” in the Philippines.

The ABS-CBN series first aired on July 9, 2012 to feature the untested tandem of 31-year-old Jodi Sta. Maria, who at the time was already on her 15th year as an actress, and 46-year-old Richard Yap, a commercial model-turned-actor who had just started in the business.

Directed by Jeffrey Jeturian and Mervyn Brondial, “Be Careful With My Heart” debuted at No. 1 in its 11:15 a.m. timeslot, and was already among the Top 10 programs in the country then.

With a steady increase in its nationwide viewership over the last year, the series now consistently ranks on the Philippines’ Top 5 programs to become the only daytime series to achieve the feat, according to data from Kantar Media.

The series now airs during ABS-CBN’s “PrimeTanghali” block at 11:45 a.m.

Its one-year-and-three-month run so far has made it the first local TV series to air for more than a year since 2010. The last Pinoy soap opera to stay on air for over a year was “May Bukas Pa,” the inspirational series starring Zaijan Jaranilla, in 2010.

Impact

The popularity of “Be Careful With My Heart” has also spawned a line of merchandise, a gold-selling official soundtrack album, and an international concert tour for Filipino viewers overseas.

The New York Festivals-nominated series was, at one point, also set to be translated into a movie. However, due to the “tight schedule” in filming the ongoing series, the big-screen version was eventually pulled out from the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Originally slated for a one-season run, “Be Careful With My Heart” centers on the love story of Maya dela Rosa (Sta. Maria), a barrio lass with big dreams, and Richard Lim (Yap), a widowed businessman with three children.

Due to the series’ popularity, it has been extended numerous times, with several “milestones” in the relationship of the nanny-turned-flight attendant and her former employer marking highlights throughout the program’s run.

MANILA – (UPDATED) Maya dela Rosa (Jodi Sta. Maria) can now change her surname after tying the knot with Richard “Sir Chief” Lim (Richard Yap) in a fairy tale wedding ceremony on “Be Careful with My Heart” on Friday.

The two exchanged wedding vows at the Basilica de San Martin de Tours in Taal, Batangas.

Sir Chief promised to love Maya for the rest of his life.

“Maya, I vow to love you forever. To fulfill your dreams as you have fulfilled mine. To never give you any reason to doubt. To apologize if I make a mistake, and to apologize even if I don’t make a mistake. And most of all, to constantly remind you that it is not I who is the miracle in this relationship, but you, because you turn my whole world around.

“And I will be forever grateful to you, my miracle, because you found your way on that bridge more than a year ago. We had very different lives then, but that bridge brought you to me, and me to you. It was just like any other night, except that you came out of the blue. And just like that, my whole world changed. I changed.

 

“And although you like to call me Sir Chief, I want you to know that it is you who will always be my chief. My boss, my sun and my love, and I won’t have it any other way. I will love you until death do us part,” he said.

An emotional Maya, for her part, said, she will never leave Sir Chief’s side.

“Richard, pinapangako ko sa’yo na simula sa araw na ‘to, hindi mo na ulit mararamdaman na mag-isa ka o malungkot ka, kasi patatawanin kita kahit tiger mode ka pa. Dahil alam ko kahit bibihira kang tumawa o nakakunot ‘yung noo mo, ‘yung naniningkit ‘yang mga mata mo, alam kong punung-puno ‘yan ng pagmamahal hindi lang sa akin, pero para sa mga anak natin at para sa pamilya mo.

“Pinapangako ko rin na araw-araw kitang ipagtitimpla ng masarap na kape. At kahit magtampuhan tayo, hinding-hindi magbabago ‘yung lasa n’un, gaya ng pagmamahal ko sa’yo.

“Hinding-hindi mawawala ‘yung tiwala ko sa’yo, at sa kung anong meron tayo. Hindi kita iiwang mag-isa, hindi ako bibitaw. At kapit-bisig lang tayo simula sa araw na ‘to at hanggang sa pagtanda natin, at hanggang sa huli nating hininga. Mahal kita,” she said.

 

Maya, who started out as the nanny of Sir Chief’s youngest child, is now a flight attendant who is married to the man of her dreams.

MANILA – (UPDATED) The much-awaited wedding of Maya dela Rosa (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Richard “Sir Chief” Lim (Richard Yap) was sealed with not one, but three sweet kisses, as shown on Friday’s episode of the hit ABS-CBN daytime soap “Be Careful with My Heart.”

Maya is now officially a member of the Lim family, where she started out as the nanny of Sir Chief’s youngest daughter.

“My brothers and sisters, I now present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Maya Lim. Let’s give them a big round of applause,” said the priest, portrayed by actor John Arcilla.

“And now, are you ready for this? Richard, you may now kiss the bride,” he added.

Sir Chief went on to lift Maya’s veil and give her a kiss which lasted for a few seconds, drawing loud cheers from their guests.

Maya then laughed and looked at the crowd, which prompted the priest to say, “You may now kiss the bride again.”

After another kiss, the priest quipped: “Or shall we say, you may now kiss the groom?”

A visibly happy Maya replied: “Kayo ah, sumosobra na kayo. Sige na nga.”

She then kissed her husband one more time.

Ok na rin lower than I’m expected but at least no. 2 sya overall last Friday!!!!

 

Wow! Actually, this is even higher than expected given its timeslot and the calamity that had just struck in Visayas.

 

Tama!!!! Pero I‘m expecting na higher than 27% ang ratings nya sa AGB mega Manila!!

 

Pero last January 25, 2013 it hits 31.3% ratings… it’s highest rating so far!!

 

Yup. That was the harana episode, I think. As a TV show goes on, minsan its avid viewers resort to other means in getting info about the show and other means of watching. Plus, if you already have these means, you will get used to na not watching it on time.

Pero nakakahinayang rin na may crisis ngayon kasi the wedding episode could have been their highest ever. Most ratings dropped around 5 points kasi because of what’s happening in the country. Lahat ng programs naman suffered in some way.

But I’m happy with the new found excitement ng people for BCWMH.

Can’t get over the dance of the newlyweds and the ‘I love you more’ in the teaser! Melted Twix, M&M Mini, Baby Ruth and Snickers ang peg ko habang pinanonood ang part na ito. Looking forward to this scene tomorrow!
Ano ba tong reception na to!!! Though the wedding was tamed down ang pakilig-kilig, reception naman ang daming londi-londi na kilig! Nakakaloka, di ako maka-get-over sa bulungan and dun sa teaser na I love you more, I love you more… sana may kiss after ng first dance. And yeah, maybe it’s just me but medyo wet ang pag-plant ni Ricky ng kiss ah, malaki ang coverage!

Also, I think yung kisses sa vid ni Pareng Jason are the second and third kisses. Adik lang, pinagsabay ko yung wedding episode at video… di kasi ako mapakali na nalaglag agad yung veil ni Maya pagtaas ni Ricky Boy, eh diba sa episode may dramatic effect pa yung paglaglag completely ng veil. But anyway, if I’m not mistaken… 2nd and 3rd kiss yung nasa vid.
Done watching the episode… twice! Ohmayghaaaaaaaaddd!  Ilang araw ko pang iiyakan ang kasal na ito? Juiceko!

They replayed the wedding highlights nung first part ng first gap!  Siguro to build up na rin for the wedding pictorial. Kalurks! Napagkaisahan yata si Chenes! Ang daming wacky shots. Beck to work na mga adiks! Tama lang talaga na 3-day weekend ni-request ko kasi buong weekend ko ni-replay yung wedding. Haaay! Dapat siguro 3 weeks ang hiningi ko kasi may honeymoon pa. Wala kayang kinalaman absence niya sa script? Sa dami ng cameras na ginamit nila for this momentous event, I’m sure marami naman silang footage na pwedeng gamitin na hindi mahahalata na wala si Raffi. But it seems the editor made it a point that we will note na nawala si Raffi. Baka siya ang in charge of getting Jose Mari Chan ready to perform. Baka siya nag-assist kay Ricky with his surprise to get their celebrity-distant “tito” to sing at the wedding reception. Alam ninyo naman yang mga mono-syllabic family names e dugtong-dugtong ang bloodlines. Maybe it’s another reality that they want to depict in BCWMH.

Richard-Maya wedding special to re-air on Sunday

MANILA — The “fairytale wedding” episode of the hit daytime series “Be Careful With My Heart” drew monster viewership last Friday, according to data from Kantar Media, surpassing most primetime programs in nationwide ratings.

The November 15 telecast of the “kilig-serye,” which showed the much-awaited wedding of lead characters Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Richard (Richard Yap), garnered a national TV rating of 27.2%.

The number was good enough to rank “Be Careful With My Heart” as the second most-watched television program in the Philippines on Friday — a rare feat for a daytime show.

Retaining the No. 1 spot was “Honesto,” which airs at 8 p.m., with 28.6% in national TV ratings. Ranking third to sixth, respectively, were several other Primetime Bida programs — “TV Patrol” (27%), “Got to Believe” (25.6%), “Annaliza” (23.6%) and “Maria Mercedes” (19%).

In October, “Be Careful With My Heart” averaged a nationwide rating of 19.4%, which, despite being well below the audience share of primetime programs, made it the No. 1 daytime program in the country.

The primetime block — 6 p.m. to midnight — is seen as the most important part of the day in terms of TV viewership. It is during this time, according to Kantar Media, when most Filipinos watch television and advertisers put in a larger part of their investment to reach more consumers.

The viewership of “Be Careful With My Heart” last Friday nearly matched its all-time highest rating of 31.3% last January 25.

Kantar Media, a multi-national market research group, uses a nationwide panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes, representing 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.

Directed by Jeffrey Jeturian and Mervyn Brondial, “Be Careful With My Heart” will have a special telecast of its “Fairytale Wedding” on November 24 on ABS-CBN’s “Sunday’s Best.”

Pero after initial surprise e simple lang pero real na real ang kilig…suppressed yata kasi puro guys ang kaupo niya sa table. Telling exchange of looks with Joma. Quick pero mukhang may secret yata sila.

 

Hi sis pippin! I agree sis. Galing ni Kalila Aguilos. I always like her scenes sa BCWMH kahit short lang. Pati nga iyong expression niya ng kumakanta si Maya ng ‘Chinito’. Favorite ko sa kanyang scene, iyong expression niya noong hindi nagalit si SC kay Engineer Yamaguchi kahit pumalpak the day na may date sila ni Maya!
Ang tingin ko naman kay Joma mukhang ni-nerbyos at parang pakiramdam yata e hayan na, dapat na talaga mag-commit.

 

Natapos ko din, umpisa pa lang ay laugh trip na!

Hindi ko kinaya ang reaction ni maya dun sa garter, si Mrs.Lim maka tili wagas! hindi pa nga nakukuha ang garter. Hinahawakan pa lang naman siya, tumitili na agad.

Paano na kaya sa honeymoon, anu pa kaya ang gagawin ni Mrs.Lim.

Na touch me sa performance ng Lim kids, with Kute and Cho. Ang ganda ng songs na kinanta nila!

Ang fave scene ko ay ang sing and dance ni Mrs.Lim. kaloka parang naka high si maya habang nag dance, ang harot harot ng dance nya.
kaya nya kayang gawin yun pag sila lang. Pero nung natapos naku si Mrs.Lim biglang na shy, f na f naman ang pagsubsob kay mr.lim

 

Kamusta naman ang kaharutan ng song and dance number ni Maya… giling-giling lang pag may time. And at the end of the song, amininin kahit sweet and wholesome nakakakilig ang pagsubsob sa balikat ni Mr. Lim, at eto naman si Ricardo kung maka-hawak sa nape, nakakakiliti!  And that short but sweet smack, ang natural lang.

Haay, naku Maya… pambihira ka, matapos mo sayawan ng ganyan si Ricardo eh, eh dun pa kayo matutulog sa bahay nyo… may maho-hopia sa first night. Baka magka-totoo yung sabi ng isang classmate na sa banig lahat ng mga dela Rosa at Lim, tabi-tabi.

Basta super super super like the hug and smack sa last part of the episode. Sana may kiss uli after the first dance, in real life usually merong kiss during the dance or after the dance.

 

 

Sis fanney, mukha ngang magkakatotoo ang hula ko. Wag naman sana.

Baka naman dahil sa nahila na ni Kute si Mang Arturo pauwi sa kanila e magka-igihan ang hunta sa harap ng tatlong pitchel ng tuba at mauwi sa tuksuhan sa love team na TA & NT!!! Magbabantay si Kute at si Maya kaya ayaw bumalik sa hotel!!!!

Pero ang mas maganda e kung pagkatapos ng inuman ay mapilit nila si Maya na kumanta ng Chinito at bigla naman mag Enchong Diy (tama ba?) itong si Ricardo!!!! Pag yan ang nangyari, kahit na matulog na lang silang lahat sa salas na parang mga suman, okay na sa akin.

Una sa lahat, Ricky boy, sa reaksyon ni Maya sa pagkuha ng garter, malaking goodluck na lang sayo sa first night niyo. Tawang tawa ako kung makatili at makavolunteer na siya na lang ang kukuha ng garter… Now, it’s Ricky, sticking with the traditions.  Hashtag, kanya kanyang paraan lang yan.

Watching the episodes again from the wedding until yung sa episode kanina… hindi nakakasawang panoodin.

I really can’t help but get emotional nung nag-picture taking after the wedding, especially nung silang 2 lang with the kids. It really reminded me so much of my parents’ wedding, lots of memories were triggered and now that I’m seeing a similar situation on TV, grabe lang, damang-dama ko.

Basta, regarding sa first night, baka tumakas si Ricky at Maya. Hahaha! Andun kasi si Cho eh, mahirap na sa kalaliman ng gabi, observant pa naman yung bagets na yun. Hahaha!  All we can do is to wait and speculate, we’re in for a hilarious surprise sigurado.

Firstly, speechless pa rin ako sa wedding nila. Super “real” talaga ang dating and it’s the kind of wedding women want or dream of.

-the wedding planners (real and reel) who made us feel na true wedding yun nasaksihan natin,
-I also love Maya’s gown and yun suit ni Ricky (esp the gray tie),
-of course “the Jason Magbanua” and Mango Red team, galing talaga!!! still rewatching the prenup shots and wedding video. (can’t wait for the nov 24 wedding special)
-yun choir naman and Mr Gerard Salonga, nakakadala yun songs sa wedding.
– the principal sponsors -perfect din yun mga chosen actors to play the part
– the cast – wala akong masabi sa dedication nila sa bcwmh and they really play all their parts so well. wala akong makitang actor with a bad role sa show na to. lahat bagay sa roles nila.
-of course our bride and groom who looks so good together to the point na tuwing makikita ko sila, napapangiti ako sa saya and kilig. they are enjoying the parts they play and they do it so well and so convincingly. Si JSM, given na magaling talaga siya. Revelation here is RY, who I never thought could play the part of an emotional groom, with halong kaba, excitement, still prim and proper (since he is a conservative ceo of las). pati yun heartfelt delivery ng wedding vows nya, hirap nun especially in front of many people (di ba RY always say sa interviews na hindi siya sanay sa maraming tao at hindi siya madaling maging at ease). Galing naman niya na. I love how at ease they (RY and jJSM) are together. wala ng hiyaan and ang sweet talaga. My friend (she’s a professional photographer din) said that the camera loves RY and JSM. Ang sarap daw tingnan ng rehistro nila sa pictures. And grabe talaga and chemistry whenever they are together na kahit magkatabi lang there is a spark between the two. Thats why ang gaganda ng wedding shots nila.

Ika nga everything was perfect from the cinematography, the musical scoring, the camera shots, the script (esp yung vows) na even after watching it over and over, i still get goosebumps and still get teary eyed. The Taal Basilica was also a very good choice. Ang ganda talaga. Yun priest (John Arcilla) was so convincing with his role pati yun way of speaking mukhang pari talaga that my friend, who was watching the episode with me thought na pari talaga siya. Thanks din for the added kilig brought about by fr john arcillas’ now famous “kiss the bride again” and “you may now kiss the groom” galing talaga ng sumusulat ng script nila. “iba sila eh”

Congrats talaga sa kanilang lahat and even sa die-hard adiks (like me) Ang saya to be a part of the show!!!

I just wonder how could JSM stand RY’s stare (grabe kasi makatitig si RY), touches, even voice. at nakakailang takes kaya sila esp sa kisses nila which seemed to be very natural now? Kung ako yan hihimatayin na ako.

Basta congrats to all of us na lang! Ang taas ng ratings nya pa rin given the timeslot. If primetime to Im sure this will be on top.

Any news why they are ending the Sabado rewind? Ang dami pa niyang commercials to stop it. I wonder why. Nakakalungkot kasi ang daming nanood nito na kakilala ko, who are working on weekdays. Karamihan tuloy sa kanila ay kasama sa xmas list ay yun bcwmh dvd.

 

Just curious why Rafi joined sa bouquet ceremony. Kasal na siya kay Charlie? Or not yet? Why missing siya sa entrance when she was called together with Atty Ryan?

Yun emcee na girl is NT real daughter, galing din nya! Yun kaduet naman si Jose Mari Chan is Nikki’s real mom.

I also wonder why di sila active sa sagip kapamilya or the relief efforts for the victims of yolanda. Kanina ko lang nalaman na Richard Yap held a benefit show at his resto during their very busy “wedding” shooting day. Kasama niya si Jods pala. I saw one pic where Jods is with RY’s wife’s bro-in-law. Despite the puyat, pagod sa wedding epi taping, naisingit pa nila yung benefit show for the victims of yolanda. Very much appreciated naman yun. Kaya naman they are indeed blessed.
Neil daza posted a bedroom pic sa IG. Natatawa lang ako to asssume na that was the couple’s room, eh baka naman room lang yun ni Mr Daza in his stay sa Japan during their shoot. Pang single lang yung bed. Funny that due to our excitement sa honeymoon nila, nakakasabik whatever they post, hehehe!

Waaaaaaa si Ricky pasegway pa para maitaboy lang mga bata dahil maaga pa daw flight ng mga ito…wag daw muna sabi ni Maya maaga pa naman daw.

Then ask ni Ricky si Maya if diretso na sila from Hotel papuntang airport or dadaan muna sila sa house nina Kute para makasabay nila sa breakfast (uy si Ricky gusto lang malaman kung sa hotel sila magpapalipas ng gabi.

Then sinagot ni Maya na kung pwede daw sana na duon muna sya (Maya) matutulog. Umoo naman agad si Ricky kukuha lang daw sya ng gamit sa hotel. So ask ni Maya if dun din matutulog si SC (kaloka ka Maya natural dapat magkasama kayo sa 1st night)

 

Unlurk lang po ulet at baka mahimatay ako sa kilig at kakatawa sa teaser. Kaloka si Maya hiyang hiya ke Ricky haha aynako Maya, kung ayaw mo ako na lang ang tatabi sa higaan

I’m loving the viewership figures of the show these days. Sayang nga lang at kung hindi dahil sa mga pangyayari sa ibang lugar sa Pinas, mas mataas sana ang mga figures. (At mas marami sanang kinikilig na mga tao instead na nagdurusa.)

Also heard several stories of people na naumay na sa show and stopped watching months ago pero when they have seen the wedding episode, nagbalik-loob sila.
