596 October 23, 2014- Maya and Richard have to stretch the family’s savings and the solution is to sell their house. Saan naman lilipat ang Lim Family?
UPDATE Thur, 10/23/2014
Gap 1
– Sa Nakaraan, binanggit ni Maya na malay daw nila ang kanilang pisi ay garter pala na kayang umabot ng Japan (take note: Japan ang sinabi niya). Para naman kay Kute, sa laki ng household expenses ng mga Lims, baka hanggang EDSA lang umabot.
– Driving si Ricky from his PAS meeting. Napadaan sa dating office niya na LAS na ang pangalan sa labas.
– Dating na sa bahay si Maya and the kids from the park. Tawag sa sweetheart niya at inayang may pupuntahan.
– MF naka-upo sa swing chair nila at malalim ang iniisip. Ni hindi pinansin ang dalang ginatan na luto ni MA. Pinag-usapan ang worries niya about Ricky. Ang sweet maglambing ni MA.
– Punta pala ng church ang mag-asawa para magdasal.
– Sa labas ng church, usap sila tungkol sa offer ni Julian. Ricky confessed that he was tempted to accept the offer especially when Julian offered support for the institute and the chance to get even with Celeste. He frustrates him when he tries to understand the move of LAS. (Natural lang ito…tao lang po). Julian offered support for the institute which he did not get from LAS. Tanong ni Maya kung mapapakatiwalaan ba daw si Julian knowing how he operates his company…ayaw daw ni Maya na ma-take advantage ni Julian si Ricky. Naisip din daw ni Ricky ito. Sabi ni Maya puede naman daw silang magsimula ulit na sila-sila lang. Dito pumasok ang suggestion to sell the house para mapunuan ang kailangan sa institute.
Gap 2
– That is a joke, right?. Ito ang tanong ni Ricky sa suggestion na ibenta ang bahay nila. Maya explained that from the proceeds of the house sale, they will buy a smaller house and whatever is left will be for the institute. Smaller house, less expenses….baka mapahaba pa raw ang pisi nila at makaabot sila ng Italy (Italy na, hindi lang Japan.)
Ang objection ni Ricky ay displacement of their kids. Ang ganda ng sinabi ni Ricky – “The mere fact that you are beside me and help me feel more secure is more than enough…it is more than any help than I could ever need.” (He is such a sweetheart ) Tanong ni Ricky kung saan nanggaling ang idea and Maya related her convo with Kute and the incidence on her way home from the park.
– Ricky walking through the 1st floor of the house with the camera on the 2nd floor. Ang laki ng talaga ng bahay nila. Tawag ni MF. Kinakamusta ang alaga niya. MF offered financial help. Ricky told MF that they are planning to sell the house and MF offered to sell her house instead. Kawawa daw ang mga bata. Another suggestion of MF is for them to live with her, and Ricky reminded her that her house is in Zambales. Ricky said that this might be a wake-up call for them, a reminder na hindi sila lagi sa itaas and that in an instance they can lose things that they thought were secure, and this could be a good training ground for the kids.
– Kids and yayas playing hide and seek. Dating si Dad at isinali sa laro. Siya ang taya. Excited ang kambal makipaglaro.
Gap 3
-Tapos ng maglaro ang mga Lim (wala si Maya). Merienda muna. Inupo ni Ricky…nagpasakalye sa current situation nila and that he is asking for their cooperation. Willing ang mga kids to help and asked how they can help. Biglang nawala ang ngiti ng mga bata noong sinabi na ibebenta ang bahay. Okay lang daw pero pilit ang oo at mga ngiti.
– Sundo ni Ricky si Maya sa airport…date daw sila.
– Usap ang mga bata about the sale of the house. Nikki asking questions about how big the new house will be and where. Hindi na raw babalik si Luke sa condo kahit start na nga classes the next day. (Eh bakit hindi iyong condo ang ibenta?)
– Date na ng mag-sweetheart. Ricky told Maya of the kids’ reaction regarding the sale of the house. Ang bilis ni Ricky kumilos….nakapag-compute na at malaking tulong daw kung lilipat sila. Maya worried about the kids, but Ricky assured her that it is a natural reaction and in time they will learn to accept. Pero sabi ni Ricky….”Nagde-date tayo di ba? Dapat naka-focus ka lang sa akin. (Bilib ako sa kanila. They set aside their problem and enjoy the moment and each other’s company.)
Gap 4
– Uwi na ang nag-date. Dapat ang new house may nursery pa rin sabi ni Ricky. Maya asked bakit ayaw mo silang kasama sa kuwarto? Gusto naman, sabi ni Ricky na may kasamang ngiti and twinkle in his eye, pero papaano naman ang ating privacy? (Agree ako kay Ricky na dapat wala silang kasamang kids sa room nila.)
Salubong si Luke at Nikki. Si Abby nasa room na niya. Pinuntahan nila si Abby. Yumakap lang sa kanila si Abby without saying a word. She was not interested sa pasalubong.
– Usap ang mag-asawa sa bedroom nila. Observe daw na tahimik si Abby. Tulog na ang mag-asawa…holding hands pa.
– Sa breakfast next morning, si Daddy ang naroon. Nag-work na si Mommy. Bihis na ang mga kids for 1st day of school. Si Daddy ang nagbigay ng baon na gawa ni Mommy with attached note pa. Matamlay ang mga kids. Halos away kumain ni Abby…pinagsilbihan pa ni Daddy.
Teaser
– Joma and Dorleabel pinag-uusapan na maliit ang maids’ quarter daw.(Nakakita na sila ng lilipatan agad-agad?)
– Nicolo offered house for sale in their village. Baka gusto raw tignan ng mga Lims. Tukso ng barkada na masyadong pabor daw iyon kay Nicolo.
– Luke and Nikki observed that Abby had been quiet even in the car. Luke thinks Abby does not like to move.
– Usap-usap ang mag asawa. Richard afraid that that the move might trigger Abby’s previous trauma and he does not want to wake up one day not hearing Abby’s voice. Maya so sure that na impossibleng bumalik pa sa ganoon si Abby.
Sis Lunar…sensiya na late ang update. Wala kasi ako sa Pinas and dependent ako sa live stream (LS). Kung minsan, walang LS o super-pangit ang audio na hindi maintindihan ang dialogue. Kapag nangyari ito, hintay ako ng replay…just like what happened today.

Maya: O, ano ang sabi mo?
Ricky: Of course, I declined…but you know, during that moment na sinabi niya na susuportahan niya yung institute, and it’s the chance for me to get even with celeste, I had to think twice…I was tempted…i tried to understand yung move na ginawa nila…but sometimes I can’t help but to get frustrated…hindi naman siguro maiwasan yun di ba?
Maya: Naiintindihan naman kita, sweetheart…
Ricky: And then yung sinabi niya na suportahan niya yung institute, something that I never got from my LAS…(tango-tango lang si Maya)
Maya: Pero sweetheart, itong julian ba na ito mapagkakatiwalaan mo knowing kung paano niya i-operate yung kumpanya niya…hindi naman sa pinag-iisipan ko siya ng masama…pero ayoko lang na ma-take advantage ka niya…
Ricky: So I thought also…
Maya: Alam mo, puwede naman tayong magsimula ulit, yung tayo-tayo lang…tayo-tayo na lang…sa totoo lang may naisip akong paraan para mapunan yung kailangan natin sa institute…pero ito sweetheart, ano lang ha…uunahan na kita…alam ko na tatanggihan mo ito…
Ricky: Go ahead, sweetheart…
Maya: Bakit hindi natin ibenta yung bahay natin…(napaisip si Ricky)

Yup, tama ako kahapon, She got the idea of selling the house after talking with the foreigner and Kute’s comments of course.

MF: Anak, hindi naman kailangang magsumbong sa akin si Maya para malaman kong nahihirapan ka…alam ko kung gaano kaimportante sa iyo ang kumpanya nyo…Ricardo, gusto kong malaman kung kailangan mo ang tulong kong pinansiyal, magsabi ka lang ng totoo…
Ricky: Manang, hindi po.
MF: Ricardo, marami kang gastos bago pa nangyari yan…binigyan mo ako ng retirement fee…ibinili mo ako ng bahay…maliit lang na halaga maitulong ko sa iyo pero ngayon… wala na sa iyo ang kumpanya mo… saan ka kukuha ng panggastos ha?
Ricky: Manang…may savings naman ako…and besides…well, I need money to start another business…pero may solusyon na kami ni Maya…
MF: Ano?
Ricky: I’m planning on selling the house…
MF: Ano? Wag Ricardo, hindi ako papayag, wag…ito na lang bahay namin ang ibenta mo…may lumang bahay naman si Anastacio…dun na kami titira..
Ricky: No manang…I can’t do that.. I gave that house to you…
MF: Di ibabalik ko sa iyo…o sige, ibenta yang bahay na yan pero dito kayo titira sa bahay ko…
Ricky: Manang, baka nakalimutan mo, nasa Zambales po yan…
MF: Ibenta mo na nga lang itong bahay na ito..bakit yang bahay ninyo ang pinagdidiskitahan mo…kawawa naman ang mga bata eh…mabibigla sila…

I agree with you sis koffi. Hindi ko talaga matatanggap if that ***** celeste gets away with it after ricky worked so hard for the company that he built. Hindiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! #justiceforrichardlim
