598 October 27, 2014- Kapit-bisig love will help Maya and Richard’s family survive. To the rescue na sina Don Roberto and Doña Esmeralda at hindi din naman mawawala ang pamilya ni Maya.

Gap 1
– Excited bumabati ang mga apo kay DR/DE. Nagpakita ang mag-asawa.
– nagkuwento ang mga bata tungkol sa new house and that they are selling some of their stuff. Ang sama ng tingin ni Papa. Inaya ni Ricky si DR mag-coffee sa labas.
Over coffee, tanong si DR about the new house. Ricky apologized to DR about not saying anything about LAS. Gusto ni Ricky sabihin kapag naayos na raw niya. Hindi pinagsisihan ni Ricky any of his decisions, but owed an apology for losing the company his Papa started and bore their name. No apologies needed daw sabi ni DR. DR said kahit nawala ang company, mas maganda daw ang legacy na iiwan ni Ricky — character and integrity. Ayun si Luke evesdropping sa conversation. So touching ang scene ng mag-ama. (I will post the transcript of their conversation later)
– Ayaw ng mag-asawa ng mag-help si DR/DE sa move. DE asked how much is needed for the institute and apparently DR is willing to shoulder the funding of the institute. Ayaw ni Maya/Ricky to accept help. They still have enough to get by daw. So, alis na si DR/DE. Ang iksi ng eksena nila pero puro deep lessons and precious values ang mahuhugot.

Gap 2
– DR/DE in car. DE wanted to help Ricky. DR explained that Ricky has made up his mind. In the past, pinakialaman na raw nila ang decisions ni Ricky at they turned out to be good decisions. They have to trust Ricky with his decisions and they got Ricky’s back daw.
– Ricky and Maya outside their house and looking around…nostalgic ang dating. They should start packing na daw tomorrow. Ang mga titinginan, titigan, akbayan, at hilig-hilig sa dibdib ni sweetheart…hayzzz. (Mami-miss ko ito)
– Ready na ang mga bata sa garage sale. Putting a price on the things they are selling. Si Gerry tumutulong dahil walang work dahil last day niya sa work kahapon. Nag-resign? He moved to another agency that services the new village where the Lims will be moving…para sama pa rin daw sila ni Sabel. Ang sweet naman ni Gerry Baby.
– Ricky told Joma that he will let go of the car he is using. Iyong van na ang i-drive ni Joma, and Joma has found a bedspace outside the village. Solve na isang problema. Talagang major liquidation of assets.
– Di pa rin alam ni Sabel and Doris kung mayroon at sino ang papaalisin. Doris realized that since moving to Manila, she has only worked for the Lims. Di daw niyang kaya ng gumising sa umaga na iba na ang amo niya. Lea overheard the convo. Bakit tinatakpan ni Sunshine ang eyes ni Sky? Umi-eksena ng kusa ang kambal sa background.
– Maya with kids. Maya dressed for work pero mas gustong sumama sa garage sale.
– May dumating na taxi…surprise, surprise. NT, Kute, and Cho…para makatulong daw sila sa paglilipat. Hug-hug ang tatlong original kapit-bisigers. Labas si Ricky may buhat na box….surprised din. Lalong ayaw pumasok ni Maya. Labas din ang kambal. Kapit-bisig talaga ang mga Dela Rosa. Sabi ni Kute, sa totoo daw ang kambal ang pakay nila.
Gap 3
– Ricky, Maya and Luke in the car. Maya repeatedly wishing aloud…”sana ma-cancel ang flight, sana ma-cancel ang flight….. Natutuwa si Maya dahil marami daw silang katuwang including Gerry na lumipat din sa lilipatan nila. Sweet daw si Gerry sabi ni Luke. Para kay Maya ang tawag daw doon ay true love…sabi ni Ricky, kinilig ka na naman.
– Luke and Ricky in the institute…Kasama na si Luke sa planning. May suggestions si Luke and para ma-fund ang suggestions niya, he offered to sell his condo and his car… matagal na daw niyang dapat ino-offer. Don’t worry son, if the institute is successful, i may be able to buy you a better condo and better car. Malaki and maasahan na raw ni Ricky si Luke. Ang ganda ng pagpapalaki kay Luke. He turned out to be a responsible young man. Like father, like son. (Teka, ang tagal ko ng hindi nakikita si Joni. Saan siya?)
– Dinner time ang mga Lim and Dela Rosa. Ang kambal, lalo na si Sunshine, tuwang tuwa dahil nilalaro ni NT at Kute habang kumakain sila. Kinamusta ni Maya ang bazaar (hindi naman pinakita.). Sinabihan ni Maya si Doris at Lea na kakausapin sila after dinner….nagtinginan ang dalawa…naku, may maaalis kaya?
Gap 4
– Doris asked kung may matatanggal daw sila ni Lea. Wala daw tatanggalin, sabi ni Mrs. Chief. Ang gusto palang pag-usap ay ang sleeping arrangement…ang isa sa nursery muna matulog at later on na i-figure out ang better arrangement where they will be more comfortable. Biglang nagpaalam si Lea na aalis na raw siya pagkatapos ng lipatan. Gulat sila. Mababait naman daw ang kambal at kaya na ni Doris. Puwede raw siyang bumalik kung kailangan siya at kapag nasundan daw ang kambal. Hindi raw kailangan na umalis si Lea, pero buo na raw ang decision ni Lea.
– Usap and Joma at LeaDorBel. Mas magaling, mas maalaga, at mas sanay daw si Doris sabi ni Lea…na-touch naman ang Doris. Biglang kambyo ang Lea…joke lang. Tapos nagpasalamat sa friendship si Lea sa tatlong kasama, but pero ayaw nilang maniwala. Bolero daw at sinungaling si Lea. Di daw siya sinungaling. Sabi ng tatlo, reyna ng taklesa lang daw si Lea. Heto ang habilin ni Lea sa tatlo. Sabel, mag-diet ka na kasi kapag nagbuntis ka baka malulunod ang bata sa taba. Joma, mag-GF na kasi mukhang kang beki. Doris, ipagpatuloy mo ang tadhana mo…maging huwarang matandang dalaga. Nilayasan ng tatlo si Lea. Laff trip ang mga ito.
– Next day, hatid ni Gerry si Sabel. Salubong si Sabel at inayang kumain ang mag-asawa ng niluto ni NT. Diet daw si Sabel..natawa si Lea. (Taklesa kasi itong si Lea)
– Ricky and Maya kausap si Doris…kaya mo ba ang kambal? Kayang-kaya daw niyang alagaan ang kambal at gusto niya hanggang magka apo ang kambal. Biglang natigil….naku daw, mukhang nga magkakatotoo ang sinasabi ni Lea na susunod si Doris sa mga yapak ni MF. Sabi ni Maya, eh di magkakapag asawa ka rin. Kahit uugod-ugod? uugod-ugod na raw siya sabi ni Doris. Sabi ni Ricky, di bale, iIhahatid siya ni Sky sa altar kahit naka wheelchair na siya.
– Nag-aya na si Abby sa bazaar.

Ricky: Pa, do you want to have coffee outside? (DR nodded, nakasimangot).
Maya: Sige, ako na ang magtitimpla.
Ricky: Thank you.
DR: This house you are moving into, okay naman?
R: (Ricky nodding) Tama lang po siya, Pa? Pa, I’m sorry kung hindi ko nasabi sa iyo tungkol sa LAS.
DR: But you are aware na darating at darating sa akin ang balita? I was waiting for you to tell me directly, but you kept silent.
Ricky: I wanted to tell you kapag naayos ko na.
DR: I understand nag-umpisa ang problema mo sa board noong may ipagtanggol kang tauhan mo?
Ricky: They wanted to make a scapegoat of our head engineer sa Clark site.
DR: At mas makakaya mo pang ikaw ang magiging scapegoat sa kanila, ganoon ba?
Ricky: At that time, yes.
DR: And now, pinagsisisihan mo?
Ricky: No. Magkaiba kami ng principles. That is why I opted to go. Magka-clash lang kami ng magka-clash. I do not regret any of my decisions, but I do owe you an apology for losing the company that you started.

Ricky: But I lost it, Pa. I lost the company that bears our name.
DR: It does not matter. I would have done the same. Nawala ang kumpanyang nakapangalan sa atin, but I am still very proud of you, son. You have shown character and integrity that I want the Lim’s family name to have as a legacy, and at the end, when we reach the final days of our lives, iyon lang naman ang mahalaga, di ba?
Ricky: (Smiling and nodding in agreement).
DR: (Patted Ricky arms and smiling).
Luke: (At the door leading to the outside patio and witnessing his father/grandfather’s talk.
Next scene outside the front door of the house.
DR: Ricky, are you sure you don’t want us to stay habang lumilipat kayo? We can help out.
Ricky: Pa, it is okay. That is a lot of work…baka atakihin ka naman ng gout mo, and besides, may movers naman. Kaya na namin ito (sabay akbay kay Maya).
DE: Eh, kayong dalawa, hindi na ba mababago ang isip niyo? I mean, magkano ba talaga ang kailangan para diyan sa institute? (DE turns to DR) Roberto, di ba you said you will shoulder it. Did you tell Ricky na?
Ricky: Ma, Papa and I already talked about it and no, I can’t accept it.
Maya: Saving ninyo po iyon.
Ricky: Papa worked all his life to make sure na secure kayo at this point in your life.
DE: Pero para sa mga anak ninyo iyon eh.
Ricky: Ma, you know naman na hindi ko tatanggihan yon if I knew na mahihirapan iyong mga bata or kung magkaproblema sila sa studies nila. Besides we are just transferring to a new house. Maybe smaller, pero maayos pa rin naman. Besides, we still have enough to get by.
DR: Esmeralda, sige na, huwag na nating kulitin si Ricky. He has made up his mind.
DE: Ang tigas tigas naman kasi ng mga ulo nyo.
Ricky: Ma, you should go. Baka maiwan kayo ng flight ninyo.
Maya: Huwag na po kayo mag-alala sa amin. Okay lang po kami.
Nag-hugs and I love you sila. DR gave his approving nod to Ricky.

Agree ako sa iyo. I hate it when the bad guys gets away. But i think the best “revenge” is being proven that they made a mistake without Ricky doing anything, as well as Ricky having another business that would surpass the success of LAS. Di ba mas bongga?
I agree!! But i guess the show just wants to show that “happiness does not depend on success or wealth” although mas maganda pa rin sana that they should show the consequences of what Celeste and her colleagues did. Kasi very rampant na talaga ang greed, deceit and materialism sa society natin. But I guess they just want to limit the topic to the importance of the family, that the “cancer of society” could be cured and should start by teaching good values within the family.
Up to the end, I still love this show. Mas effective ang BCWMH magparating ng good values kesa mga primetime telesryes na puro patayan and sampalan. With the latter kasi parang sampalan at patayan na lang ang nagsistick sa minds ng audience rather than the lessons daw na pinaparating. (Ngayon nga ang pinaparating naman ng mga bagong teleseryes at pelikula ang message na, “okay ang magiging kabit, na mabait rin pala ang kabit, masama pa ang tunay na asawa”) hay, what a crooked society are we living in, don’t you agree? Are they trying to destroy the sense of family? Sana mas marami ang shows tulad ng BCWMH kesa mga patayan, sampalan at agawan ng asawa na yan.

If you remember in the past, I have questioned some of Ricky’s decisions, but somehow napapakita niya sa akin na tama ang choices niya. Ricky is not a little boy anymore. He knows what he is doing and we have to trust him. Hayaan nating gawin niya ang plano niya. If it works, if he succeeds, then well and good.
DE: Paano kung hindi?

Isang magandang example on how to be a good parent to an adult child. Puedeng magbigay ng advice, pero kung hindi sundi na anak, dapat okay lang at huwag magalit. Support role lang dapat. Be there when needed and asked.
The Lim family sells their belongings to move out
On Be Careful with My Heart, the Lim family started to sell their belongings in preparation for moving out of their house.
The kids held a garage sale and also posted their on-sale things online. Richard also wanted to sell his car.
The household helpers, on the other hand, are worried that one of them might lose his/her job because of the sudden financial difficulty of the Lims. Lea, knowing that the other helpers are scared to get terminated, decided to resign as the twins’ yaya to help the family.
Meanwhile Arturo and his whole family surprised Maya as they came to help them move.
Later Luke offered to sell his condominium unit and car. Richard felt touched by his son’s gesture.
