1) Sir Chief showed his concern for Maya by making sure that she was FULLY aware that he is aware that he is a family man.
2) Maya reassured him that she does not feel hampered by his “excess baggage”.
This exchange is a preamble to a beautiful relationship between a man and a woman who genuinely care for each other and ultimately only have the other person’s best interest at heart. They truly make the ideal couple.
When the “I love yous” were exchanged, the look on both of their faces ….. priceless! It is like both could not believe that it is finally out there. There, they said it. That Maya dropped the phone in disbelief is such a cute response.
Caution: Don’t want to be a party pooper! But there may be some black clouds brewing in the horizon …….. I don’t think the dinner that Sir Chief is planning for Maya and the children is going to take place. There is a possibility that she might take her co-worker’s shift so that the latter can take care of her family’s emergency. (In this way, the writers can justify extending the love story of Sir Chief and Maya.) Just my prognostication……. that ‘s all.

It just goes to show how he truly cares coz he didn’t want to be a hindrance to Maya’s growth. He was still thinking of her welfare. I just hope the age difference won’t be an issue later on. Love that conversation they had. I just could not see clearly if SC got teary eyed when Maya said he was an added bonus coz i am using my phone to watch this episode. It sure got me teary eyed as well. I was holding my breath along with Maya and SC after they said their ILY’s. It also seemed like forever bago nila pinakita yung reaction ni SC!

Disbelief:
For the most part you can’t pick and choose who you fall in love with. You can’t even set a timeline. Love just happens if the person is open for it. Fate has a funny way of working things out. Maya and Richard fell on eachother’s laps with completely different intentions. Maya needed a job and someone to help her with in achieving her dreams. Richard needed a nanny to take care of his grieving child. Little do they know, finding eachother is so much bigger than what they have imagined…even much bigger than them. This is the exact reason why I’m still in disbelief.
Falling in love was never in the agenda. Richard went from hiring Maya out of desperation, disliking her, couple of times even demeaning, to slowly trusting her and feeling grateful. That gratefulness turned in to what he thought was just friendship. He tried his best not to entertain the thought, but the feelings were just too strong. As for Maya, her purpose was clear. Go back to school, help her family and fulfill her dreams.
Everyone thinks this is a fairy tale. But it’s not. Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty captured their princes’ hearts instantly. Not Maya. Her story is almost like an epic battle. Her too fell in love, but she loved alone. Glaring when her king is not looking, sometimes watching him sleep and as long as she sees him smiling, those were enough for her.
Now it’s clearer why Simon and especially James were a threat. They’re young, single, never been married and no children…NO BAGGAGE. So how was Richard going to compete with that? He might’ve had the power and the means to get Maya where she’s at now. But at the same time he feels that he’s not good for her. In his mind, he’ll do more damage than good. He cares too much for her, to hold her back. And these are his woes. But what he doesn’t realize, the same reasons why he feels he’s not good for her, are the same reasons why Maya fell for him. Richard is not an easy man to love. She met him at his worst and yet she saw a beautiful man. A man who has so much love to give, but was just too afraid. A man who loves his children, but was too broken to step out of the dark. For the first time in a long time, someone accepted him, not because he’s RICHARD LIM. Maya accepts him and everything about him…the good, the bad and the ugly. Just like she said, his baggage is not his advantage, it’s her bonus. Finally, Richard knows, what Maya feels for him is way deeper than a crush. Hearing those words of reassurance from his princess, lifted a big weight on his shoulders. Now he can see it clearly, the woman he was describing in Baguio is Maya. She is someone who would be with him and love his children. What happened next was almost like involuntary. Their emotions just took over. There’s nothing left to say, but “I love you”. Dumb founded moment #4 for Richard and torete moment for Maya….both are in disbelief.
Ang tanong … mapipigilan kaya ni Maya ang damdamin niya para kay SC knowing ang mga magiging problema ng relationship nila??? naku naman Maya nakikihati ka na sa problema ni SC kahit hindi pa kayo, wag ka nang sumuko at malapit ka na sa happy ending!!!!!! sanay ka na diyan!!! make it official na lang para maging masaya na kayo!!!

The entire phone conversation is so perfect, SC said his uncertainties but Maya assured him. SC is so surprised that Maya respond I love you and siyempre naaligaga si Maya na nakapag- I love you din siya.

Well…since we’ve got to see it over and over again during the weekend (thanks to the teaser)….it was expected. But the weird thing was, I still felt kilig hearing it from them. I love the reaction of Ser Chief.
Anyway, aside from the expected I KUTEFF –Awww…I feel for Kute. I can sense her dilemma of Cho finding out about Pia and just maybe, her feeling of jealousy. I don’t like Pia “that girl.” I’m still rooting for KUTEFF!
LUKE — Oh dear, he’s shutting off everyone…even the madaldal Nikki. Writers, I desperately wanna see Lukesmile again. Joey is not worth his time I’m anxiously anticipating the day that he becomes his old self again. I really hope that Maya will be able to make him laugh during the supposed dinner.
Maya’s texts–She’s relentless in texting Ser Chief. They’re not even together yet, but look at how much she texts the busy Daddy Bango. One of my officemates said ” kelangan agad-agad ang reply?! di ba pwedeng baka busy sa trabaho si Ser Chief? Ataters lang ang peg?! Clingy much!”
Atty. Ryan as Mr. Kunsensya — Maybe I’m just a little crazy but I was laughing while watching that scene when Ser Chief was pacing around “hearing” the voice of Atty. Ryan warning him about Capt James Ventura.
Maya & Ser Chief’s phone conversation –This part I think was the most anticipated one. Kudos to the writers for stitching together the lines in the convo.
My heart simply melted for Ser Chief when he heard Maya say ” Iba pala yun Ser Chief…parang bonus ( ka )” I think that was very sweet of Maya after hearing Ricardo say that he has a lot of excess baggage and he doesn’t want to get in the way. Actually, it’s like Maya confessing to Ser Chief! I was surprised Ser Chief didn’t have tears in his eyes. LOL
CAN’T THIS WORDS MAKE US SQUEAL???!!!! WELL, IT DID TO ME!
Grabe can’t wait for Richard Yap to sign the contract for SEXY THEME of Be Careful With My Heart!!

My heart flipped over when Maya said, “ikaw”. Feeling ko ako talaga si Ser Chief! Yung nga lang, naging Eman lang ang reaction ko na sobrang nagtitili sa kilig. I just wished Richard showed more emotions than I did. But this is what I love about this show. Everything is just right… from the worried look on Richard’s face when he delivered his lines about the excess baggage…. his dimpled smile after Maya said, “ikaw”….. to the big sigh of relief after Maya said he was an added bonus. Dalawang Yes lang ang nasabi ni SC but his dimpled smile says it all…..like he finally got the reassurance that all is well between him and Maya. Walang OA…tamang tama lang ang timpla. Kudos to the directors: Jeffrey and Mervyn for capturing that moment. I love you, Richard Yap! I love you BCWMH for making me float in cloud nine every day and making me feel young again! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

–Ser Chief has informed Rafi that he’s seeing someone. But did he mention that it’s Maya? I noticed that Rafi didn’t mention any name and just said “she.”
— I’m thinking that the BIG confession ( if it were to happen this week that is ) will happen on Thursday.
–It appears that Ser Chief is really bringing the kids to dinner. Will Maya be able to attend though? Will he do a silly thing as confessing to Maya infront of the kids?
–I sure hope he does the BIG confession face to face with Maya first before informing anyone else about their soon-to-be relationship. Para naman it’s sweeter and Maya won’t be aligaga again.

I am so glad that CJV realized his question to Maya was too personal to ask. However, I am glad that he was truthful to Maya for saying “I am afraid I am too late when I got back”. This means he truly had intentions to pursue Maya and Maya recognized it. I am glad that now, all that is in the open and CJV should just fall for another FA and leave Maya alone.
It was nice that Maya showed some aggressiveness (multiple texts) probably because she felt she needs to assure Ser Chief that she values their “friends na iba” situation. When they finally connected with each other, talagang in sync si Maya Kay SC. All he had to say is one word and she can already sense that he was tired. The next part of this 10 minute conversation was like a dream…the Mahal na Hari tells his Princess that he knows what he is…a person who is singlehandedly taking care of 3 kids, his excess baggage and how is that going to play into Maya’s happy fulfilling life? Maya’s response is clear…she did not stutter, hesitate or got nervous about it. She was honest and sincere and said what is truly in her heart. Tanggap niya and kanyang Mahal na Hari and in her heart he is the icing on the cake. He is what makes her life beautiful. He, (although was unexpected) brought joy to her fulfilling life. SC couldn’t say a thing besides “yes”. He knows he is a lucky man to hear those words from such great woman like Maya. I am sure his heart melted and she is right there in the midst of his puddled heart. Then Maya, with her naturally nurturing characteristic wants to know if she got through to her Mahal na Hari by reminding him, she can’t see him so she wants to know if she got her message across. SC’s voice and demeanor changed right away. He loves this woman and there at the end of their banter back and forth, he utters what is truly in his heart. And with no hesitation, Maya responds the same. Haynaku, kailangan talaga best actress ako ha…not a tear from either Maya or SC but I was crying…I was so happy for the two of them. Thank you thank you thank you ABSCBN and the writers, directors, cast and crew of this teleserye. Y’all are truly truly amazing story tellers. The dialogue is so sincere and your stars are truly shinning their light. Superb acting specially from Jodi and Richard. Ten million stars from me

Her smile at the last part of the teaser may show na madali na lang talaga niya ma accept si SC. That regardless of her fears and uncertainties, mahal niya talaga si SC at kinikilig siya dito.

Is it just me or yung last scene sa Abangan part kanina ay parang na-challenge accepted si maya sa pagsasabay ng lovelife at pagiging flight stewardess? We know na Maya loves taking on life’s biggest challenges. Kakayanin naman niya especially how Sir Chief knows the airline industry very well.
Episode earlier was verrrrry touching! The phone call is an assurance of something we all don’t know but we know it is something positive for both of them. Sabi nga ni Maya, bonus si sir chief diba.
It is quite interesting that despite the fast(?) developments of the Maya-SirChiefe tandem, the writers are still keeping us waiting for the next episode.. Always! Good job writers!

but she´s a woman with courage and strong will. Maya didn´t let the frustrations put her down. Her dreams and her family are the greatest part
of her life, the only reason for her decision to stepped in in Lim Family´s life. Maya didn´t expect that her job as a Nanny will bring more
excitements to her life. Love for Richards´ small daughter grew in Maya´s heart. With full awareness, this little girl became another dream for
Maya. A dream to help her, to hear her talking and see her happy……. It´s not easy to be a single parent, and it will never be easy to find someone who will accept, love, understand and decide to live his/her life
with someone who has children. This is also the reason why I felt so connected with this show. It´s not only a show that entertain the viewers,
it´s also making us feel and see how we can be positive in times things went wrong, encouraged us to believe that there´s nothing impossible,
give us hope. Richard and Luke´s conversation is one of my favorite. Richard spoke thru his experience. The situation might different but it brought the
same pain. Richard was able to show to Luke that what he´s experiencing now should not be the reason for him to shut off. Richard learned that time
heals all wounds. And that what Richard wants him to understand. Not easy for Luke to just accept it, but the person who experienced the most painful loss is standing infront of him. Believing on him and assured him that someday, someone will come to put a smile on his face. I was touched and at the same time felt the heaviness in my heart when Richard realized how difficult things can be for Maya. Richard knows how important for her to fulfill her dreams, he´s been very supportive to her, never been selfish, and he proved it a lot of times. But to loose again someone he love became his afraidness. There´s no other way for him, but to make the most important but difficult step, to make Maya see that he didn´t come alone. He always want Maya to be happy, he don´t want to be the reason for her to give up what she´s achieving now . But little Richard knows,

I love this episode and it is so beautifully written. The writers have sewn each scene seamlessly. From the Euphoria of sayinng the 3 magic words to the realisation that they are indeed very much in love with each other, Maya and SC are now ready to face the future together with their children.
The conversation of the Father and the son helps both of them. For Luke, it helps him to understand, accept and move on and for Daddy Singkit it’s the realisation that he has indeed fallen in love again. From his own words, ” Life is full of surprises, you’ll will never know when you fall in love again. ” When Richard uttered these words, I noticed a different glow in his eyes and his face was so full hope for a new beginning. I was actually willing Luke to turn and look at his Dad. If he only did, he would surely notice the face of a person who is deeply in love, exactly just like him with Joey.
I love the way how the writers confronted the issue about love and career, but which one should prevail? We could easily say, you have to do time management to balance your love life and career but we already know that for Maya, family comes first? The thing is which family would weigh more for her. In yesterday’s episode, she told SC that her main purpose in coming to Manila was to achieve her dream to be a FA so that magiging maayos ang family niya. For me, I interpret it na she will continue to be flight attendant and earn the much needed money to help pay the mortgage. But what about Richard? He knows that Maya is stubborn just like him and would never accept financial help from him. But at his age, I’m sure he can’t wait any longer. Once they’re official, for sure he would want that they get married very soon and start a family of their own. Will he let Maya continue working in this very demanding job or will he ask her to quit?
These are the questions that will be addressed in the coming episodes that will assure us that this show will go on and on. But for tomorrow I really hope na meron na talaga kissing scene. Sana tomorrow they will seal their love with a tender kiss:-)).

I really like the father-son moments today. That was the best part of the episode for me. I’m crossing my fingers that after this, Luke will be more sociable. For everyone’s sake!
Now, about the preview. I think tomorrow, Maya and Ser Chief will seal the deal. I mean, they will officially be BF-GF status. I just hope we could see more of the holding hands moment specially whenever they’re not at work. Yung kagaya nun na sila lang dalawa.

Based on what I heard, he said something like when he saw Maya all dressed up during the Prom. This line, doesn’t sit well with me .I bet my flatmate’s quarterly salary that it was way before that. Ricardo, you need some revisiting of your timeline. I’m with you guys in saying that he has already fallen for her during the San Nicolas trip. ” A ” for effort si Daddy Singkit that time.

Pero sa dinami dami ng possible point of realization Rafi just sum it all. “It took you long enough. Ang tagal-tagal mo nang gusto si Maya. You loved her even before you realized it. “
Ang ganda ng pindot pindot scene. Natural na natural ang dating. Grabe talaga sa chemistry ang Jochard. Simpleng pindutan lang nakakamatay sa kilig. Ang galing din ni SC, kinausap muna si Luke habang nasa flight si Maya. Nasolo niya tuloy si Maya.
–Naiyak lang naman ako sa usapan ng Father and Son. Na feel ko yung moment nila. And it was so nice to see Luke smiling again. Sana tuloy tuloy na.
–Echosera yung Liezel (FA) na yun ha, pero may point siya actually. Kaya nga di ba minsan may mga sis tayo ng masagana ang career pero hirap sa lovelife kaya gets ko yung point niya. Totoong buhay lang.
–Love how Maya tapped her lips after the I love you. Simple gesture pero swak sa moment. Ang galing talaga ni Jodi! Kilig na kilig ako habang nagkwekwento siya kay Kute.

In that case, very apt naman talaga ang sunflowers. Maybe they talked about the implications of their relationship on Maya’s career. Baka this shows that Maya could still “fly” even if she’ll have additional responsibilities towards SC and his family.
My take sa bouquet of sunflowers is it’s not actually what it means but what Maya means to SC. For him she is a ray of sunshine. As bright and cheerful as sunflowers. That she brings cheer and lightness in his life.

Father & Son heart to heart talk is the highlight of today’s episode. Ser Chief ikaw na talaga ang best father in the whole wide world. Before anything else inuuna nya talaga muna mga anak niya. Sana ganyan lahat ng tatay sa mundo. Saludo ako sa effort ni Ser Chief to reach out to his son.
Thumbs up din kay Nikki…though short ang line niya..you can feel naman how she cares and love his brother. Kahit badtrip siya kay Kuya niya kahapon. Ayaw pa din niyang pagalitan ni Ser Chief si kuya Luke.
Yung sinasabi sa teaser ni Maya kay SC na marami siyang iniisip at alam na niya ang sagot sa tanong ni Emman.I feel that after all the negative things she has been hearing from FA Liezl(?)About it’s hard to balance career and lovelife feeling ko kay Maya if ever dumating yung time if she has to choose it would be love/family over career.Ang tanong ni Emman was kung handa ba si Maya? I’m really glad the writers took into consideration letting Maya be aware of consequences upon starting a relationship with SC. Napaka-matured and sensible ng take. And despite the negativity given, Maya remained in character – her optimism and good vibes radiated through.
I think nung prom lang na-acknowledge ni SC that he really feels something towards Maya and that they have a “different” kind of relationship.Naguguluhan lang siya before and ang lagi nya iniisip responsibility nya si Maya.
Ang dami na rin naman na instances in the past na stunned siya kaya Maya:
— nung bagong haircut si Maya, he stopped for a moment nung pagbukas ni Maya ng pinto (nasa lumang bahay pa sila)

SLIP UP or NOT?
I love that today’s episode starts right where they left off last night. The look o n both their faces and immediate reaction of disbelief to what they both just uttered were a big “Uh oh” moment. Its like ok what now? As I thought, Maya was going to call Kute to let her know what happened. During their conversation, it is obvious that Maya was smitten by SC’s ILY but at the same time doubts if he just slipped and said it by accident or not? And regarding Maya’s response, Kute could only comment that it is not Maya’s nature to say things she does not mean. So she suggests to either ask him straight out or wait until he says it again. On the other hand, SC calls up Raffy and their conversation had me in stitches. Raffy pegged them both right from the start and most specially SC. Her statement: it took you long enough to figure that out. You have loved Maya even before you realized it. And now SC will have to verbalize iit again in person. Seal the deal once and for all. (Side note: there are characters in this show that I truly truly love…Manang Fe is one of them and the other is Raffy. They are such good soundboards with great instincts and insights. They give good solid sound advise and they love SC & M)
One of the things that I could remember about Maya’s self talk (when she was still at the mansion, at the time when she was still getting to know SC), she once said, after SC’ s tender moments with the kids that when she falls in love, she wants a man just like him. I believe, at that moment she could see the life as it would be with SC. This is what SC is doing now with Luke. Luke was finally ready to face reality with the help of his Dad. Richard was so kind and understanding and there was a strong assurance from him that he has all the confidence in Luke to get over the heart ache and move on. Showing the school grounds to him gave him renewed hope that things will be ok even without Joey. And telling Luke about his mom and their beginnings, gave Luke the sense that his father knows and understands how he feels and that he will be there for him no matter what. Looks like no need to make Luke laugh.
Many things were said about career, life, family and love during this episode but I believe Maya and Ser Chief’s minds were both made up. Individually they are resilient but together they are strong as a pliant bamboo…swaying with the direction of the wind but never breaking. We have watched this relationship evolve from Maya’s crush of Ser Chief, to Ser Chief quietly, unknowingly, developing feelings for her, their friendship (na iba), and now, their bond and their love. It was so sweet that they wanted to touch each other to make sure both are not dreaming. I still miss the HHWW. I hope they bring those moments back. It also looks like they are now getting to the filming of the graduation events when the San Nicolas folks come to Manila. There is still the looming issue about when and how they tell the kids. And of course who is changing their FB status? Ha ha! I can’t wait……no tears this time but super kilig for tomorrow’s episode.

I can relate with Maya’s feelings. My bf before was not showy. We started as friends then one night, nagka-aminan and the next day, kami na. So parang, walang formal courtship. So I guess, I can understand Maya’s feelings na parang panaginip lang ang nangyari na parang nabigla lang sila. so like Maya, all throughout our relationship, I kept asking if he really loved me nga at kung sure ba talaga siya

1. Naiyak lang naman ako sa usapan ng Father and Son. Na feel ko yung moment nila. And it was so nice to see Luke smiling again. Sana tuloy tuloy na.
2. Echosera yung Liezel na yun ha, pero may point siya actually. Kaya nga diba minsan may mga sis tayo ng masagana ang career pero hirap sa lovelife kaya gets ko yung point niya. Totoong buhay lang.

4. Love how Maya tapped her lips after the I love you. Simple gesture pero swak sa moment. Ang galing talaga ni Jodi! Kilig na kilig ako habang nagkwekwento siya kay Kute.

Here is why?
1. Because our brains are engaged in the process. Our bodies are releasing some biochemicals. Our brains release adrenalin that makes our hearts race……that is called norepinephrine, which makes us “kilig”.
2. Then another hormone when released make us feel we would go insane….that is called serotonin.
These hormones make us feel good and highly addictive…..they give us the “natural high” that others seek out when they abuse illegal drugs. Pero tayo, we seek it out by watching this drama. At least, we are not introducing harmful chemicals into our system. So “go!” lang nang “go!”, kapamilya! Another factor we are “hooked on” to this show is that, whether we would admit it or not, we don’t have a love life or if we currently have one, the excitement in that relationship has somewhat faded.. So we seek out a way to meet this need by vicariously putting ourselves in Maya’s shoes so that we can experience what it is that we don’t currently have. Again there is no harm in doing that, at least, we are not unfaithful to our lovers. That is why we are all so infatuated with Sir Chief. After all, he is so adorable especially when he smiles and shows that cute little dimple of his. Hay naku! Here I go again!

Jump Start and Detour
As I mentioned before one of the reasons why I got hooked with this show is because it truly addresses the up’s and down’s of being a single parent. Every single parents struggle finding that someone who will accept you and everything else that comes along with you. Not everyone has the capacity to accept a “packaged deal” or an instant family. With Richard, a middle-aged single father of three, he’s been there and done that. Maya on the other hand is just barely starting her life. She’s just starting to spread her wings to explore and see the world. Since these two are all about selfless love, guilt sets in. Richard doesn’t want to be the reason for her to be conflicted and be in a position where she has to choose.
After Richard and Maya hung up the phone…pure euphoria! To come to think about it, Maya verbalizing those words to Richard is way over due. She said it once, but only to a bird, in which named after Richard (Chief). Inspite of her almost walking on egg shells with Richard around, he’s always been the “one”. Talking to Raffi, he was almost looking for a confirmation of what happened. I really love Raffi’s contribution on their lovestory. If Manang Fe is the President of Team Richard-Maya, then Raffi is the VP. At last, her best friend finally realized he’s in love. Raffi knew he loves Maya even from the time she was staying at the house. She didn’t say anything, because she believes, everything will take its course. She trusted her best friend that eventually, he will realize it on his own and that day had finally come!
Richard took Luke where he met his greatest love – Alex. It’s a reminder that sometimes no matter how something feels so right can be easily taken away. It took Richard a while to get over his heartbreak. He became bitter an angry, but he fought and realized he needs to live his life. Heartbreaks are not to crush one’s spirit and soul but use that experience to strengthen your being. Richard is absolutely correct. The world is full of surprises and you’ll never know who you fall in love again. For him to go back to this place with a smile on his face and not thinking of what he had lost, instead that loneliness was replaced by what he now has with Maya. When fate gave Maya to Richard, fate wasn’t thinking of Abby. The little girl was more like a tool that brought these two together. Fate had other plans for Maya and that is to jump start Richard’s heart. If Maya didn’t come along, Richard would’ve handled Luke’s situation differently. He would’ve been in a totally different place. But now Maya is a part of him, he’s a living proof that no matter how much your heart breaks, just believe someday someone will take the time to piece it together. Might not know when, how or who, but what’s important is that you believe.
Maya is being presented with a premonition of a cross road she may have to face…career or relationship? And this is not just a simple relationship. This is a relationship with a high profile man with three children. As Maya looked at the couple across the room while she was being reminded love and career sometimes don’t always work together, she didn’t lose focus on what she was looking at. She even had a smile on her face. She’s not worried. In fact, she finally knows the answer to that question, “Are you ready?” She will make sure she’ll be full-fledged flight attendant for her self fulfillment but her heart now belongs to “The Lims”. Her path seems to be changing. Maybe, Maya is bound to take a detour…

My two cents to share to Aimee and Theresa:
1. I think that Sir Chief started noticing and appreciating Maya when he realized that she was making the coffee that he was enjoying. Actually, he preferred hers compared to the espresso machine.
2. Sir Chief started looking at Maya when she walked out of the house, dressed up in that peach dress, with her hair pulled back into a pony tail. I think that was her interview day to see if she could get into FA training.
3. He realized that he started to have feelings for her when Maya was dropped off by male classmate. That was confirmed when Simon was asking his permission if he could take her out on a date and when Sir James openly flirted with Maya at the summit.
4. His feelings were cultivated during those times when it was just the two of them talking in the terrace, drinking coffee.
5. Sir Chief acknowledged she does love Maya when she went back home to San Nicolas; prompting him to make an excuse for a family trip to inspect a site there, even though, his real goal was to see Maya.
6. Then the jaw dropping entrance that Maya made at Prom Night. Sir Chief looked totally smitten with her there.
7. And the rest is history. He boldly asks her out. Which brings to mind the Manila Bay Scene and the kilig moments there. It was there that both confirmed that they are mutually attracted to each other.

I really increased the volume of our TV just so I could clearly hear every word that Ser Chief would say. Funny thing is, at the end of the scene, I barely remember the words, all I know is that, I felt my heart skipped a beat!
Ser Chief shouldn’t be allowed to wander around the campus…He’s a “dangerous” man. He can make ladies have heart attacks with his speaking voice!
Maya was so natural in acting out the “kinikilig ako Ser Chief-stop it-but-really-I-want-you-to-continue role”
So, Maya hasn’t answered “Yes” to Ser Chief right? Thus, technically, they’re still in that “It’s complicated” status?. Is this why the teaser for the “change of status” had a question mark for “In a relationship (?)”
Sir Chief, I think you are the epitome of a true gentleman. I think your kind is rare and almost extinct. I pray that there are still mothers left out there who will painstakingly raise their boys to become a man like you. You definitely are someone that boys and young men can emulate.

How Sir Chief disarmed Maya was nothing short of brilliant! He took away all the possible arguments that she may have thought of that will prevent her from entertaining a relationship with him, her trepidation over having a boyfriend and starting a new career, her insecurities of becoming a girlfriend to one of the most eligible man and successful & respected businessman around, her fear of Luke, Nikki and Abby’s reaction when they will learn that she has become their Dad’s significant other. He singlehandedly put her mind at ease. With one fell swoop, he took all of her worries and cast them into the abyss. He handled that rather valiantly!
Maya, I believe, loved him more deeply at that very moment. He totally took the stress off of her. Consequently, she felt no pressure. She was not being rushed to make a decision. What could be a better feeling? She felt totally free, at peace and giddy, too.
Oh I love this show! I do! I do! I do!
Okay now I am going to watch it again to see what nuances I missed while I was busy wiping my tears away. I think my heart actually melted while Sir Chief was declaring his love to Maya. Is that medically possible?

Very effective talaga yung acting. A lot of my male friends were texting me na they were watching the episode kanina and they couldn’t help but feel kilig kasi parang totoong totoo, nadadala lahat ng mga nanonood. Bravo!

For a long time Richard didn’t want to have any reminder of Alex. The hurt was just unbearable. Now that his heart is filled with love, he’s able to go back to that place without feeling empty. Love doesn’t see color, it doesn’t see gender and it definitely doesn’t see bank account. Take away his power, take away his wealth, he was just a man who was lonely and alone. Everyone around him expected Richard to take care of everything. For them, he’s “Superman”, he’s the king. But he goes home to his empty bedroom with no shoulder to rest his head on. Being vulnerable is something he got used to doing alone. Until his warrior princess came along. The most difficult person to love is someone who is loveless…someone who had already lost hope and occupied his heart with bitterness. Maya didn’t stop, she made it her personal battle to make him happy again. With the help of Raffi, Richard was able to take a step back and finally realized, after a long time, fairy tales do come true.
TRUST. Like their song goes…Richard won’t let her world fall apart. As he never left her side fulfilling her dream, he will now hold her hand tighter living her dream. Richard never left and will never leave Maya out in the dark. He’s offering her a genuine partnership. The kind that will never hold her back, but instead uplift her. Maya’s worries are his worries as well. Just like Sherlock Holmes, Richard is always one step ahead. He already has a solution before the problem happens.
Maya doesn’t need convincing. She already made a decision to make Richard’s fairy tale come true. Sometimes, Richard really needs to learn to read between the lines. When Maya said, her long list of fairy tale or as I call it epic battle, is becoming a reality, that includes Richard. So, Richard, stop talking….you had your princess at hello…

Since I watch this show, I learn a new skill of SILENT SQUEALING because my husband finds my developing behavior disturbing. Staying very late in the morning to watch this show, then have to wake up early in the morning (watch it again) and drive to work, he worries that it will be an accident waiting to happen.
Anyhow, back to the show. When Richard said, “It took me a long time before I realized that I was IN-LOVE with you!”, the art that I thought had skillfully mastered, failed MISERABLY!!! My powers is not enough to contain my self.
About the SUNFLOWER, I have to google it; I find it unusual. Apparently it is a symbol of ADORATION! Sir Chief, very thoughtful indeed ……

Waaaaah! I want my own Ser Chief! Well, I think I already got one but he got old and forgot to be romantic… lol. This show somehow reminded me of how he was like when we were much younger. I wish he would also watch this show to get pointers from Ser Chief. After all, ka age niya naman siya eh.
I’d like to share one of the “too many to mention” kagagahan that I did for BCWMH. After several nights of staying up late till 1 am waiting for each episode plus waking up at 5am to work 7am to 7 pm that same day, my body finally gave in and had to catch up on a much needed sleep. I woke up late today and was off but the first thing I did was to grab my phone so I could watch it while prepping my kids for school. Unfortunately, walang video so nakikinig lang ako with my headphones on na parang drama lang sa radyo habang natotorete na kasi late na nga. I was still listening to this episode while driving my 3 kids to school. They didn’t know I had my headphones on coz it was hidden under my hair and my phone was in my jeans’ pocket. When Ser chief said

OM Geee, OMGeee! ” Just imagine my 3 kids ( girl and 2 boys) ages 12, 13 and 16 in the car so quiet coz everybody’s tinkering with their phones and still trying to wake up and me just suddenly acting crazy like a teenager! They have never seen me like this yet. So everybody was like “MOM! MOOm! Mhoohhm! What is wrong with you! Eeew” ha ha ha!
BCWMH is like my “guilty pleasure”! My husband doesn’t even know I am watching it coz I know he would probably say…”ang tanda tanda mo na, mahiya ka naman.” ha ha ha…
Anyway, I recently found out about My Binondo Girl while ‘googling’ Richard Yap so I did a My Binondo Girl marathon. That was his first break in showbiz and although I like his portrayal there, I like him much more here in BCWMH. He really is an effective actor, so natural and so nakaka in love.

it was still not easy to forget what had happened, though. But Manang Fe, as always, is there to show her care and support, not only to Richard
and Maya, but also to Richards´children. What she said to Luke is true. Richard experienced more painful loss and anger when Alex died. She
knows too that Luke needs time, but she also believes that Luke is strong enough to get over it. While watching this episode, I can´t stop myself but to think of Richard during his difficult times. Maya met him that time that he´s grieving. She
saw the dark side of Richard, full with anger. But Maya never saw Richard as being unfair and mean. Instead, she saw a heart that experienced
too much pain, broken and needs understanding. Without a doubt, she accepted every little thing from Richard. It was not easy for Maya,
but as I have said yesterday, she´s a woman with courage and a strong will. With her good heart and pure intentions, she was able to lead Richard
out of that dark room. It was not an easy battle, but for Maya, it was worth fighting for. She believed on what she felt from the beginning, she kept
it in her heart. quietly, she loved him from afar. Now the time has come, she´s ready to share this love with this man standing infront of her,
the other wing of her dreams, the man who will complete and make her fairytale come true. As for Richard, never he thought that he´ll love again. Without any fear, he was able to go back to the place that´s been a part of Alex. He knows that
memories of her will not bring any more pain. That empty and broken heart before is now warm, full of love. He found happiness, felt complete
in Maya´s heart. Richard want to share something special with Maya, and that his sanctuary, his favorite place. He want Maya to be a part of it,
to be a part of the new chapter of his life. The same way he want to be a part of Maya´s dream. He don´t want to loose the woman that brought
happiness to his life. He don´t want Maya to live with her dreams full of worries. This time he´ll be the one who will hold her tight,
and together they´ll fulfill Maya´s dream.

THEIR STARS ALIGNED
There is only one explanation for this epic episode…their stars are aligned. Back at the airport, after Richard hugged Maya and said he missed her, he immediately sensed she has something on her mind (remember they are so in sync with each other). Of course, it is too bad that Richard does not know the question, otherwise our story would have been over LOL …..However, I think that the writers are leaving some of these things out there for Maya’s eventual dialogue for Richard when she finally admits to him that she indeed loves him too. I hope I am not mistaken…Abangan natin.
At the university, Richard’s segue way to the picnic, pillow talk (not that kind of pillow talk but the clean wholesome one that is Mayaserchiefied) was brilliant having to explain to her what and how he was back in College. Maya seemed amazed that he is bulakbol and he had his korky ways of hanging out…sleeping under the stars. When Maya learned that Richard actually helped Manong Tony the guard’s grandson to go to school and now works for him at LAS, she seemed to glow…showed admiration, adding another notch to Richard’s place in her heart. And then the casual but serious conversation happened. Richard’s starts off by mentioning what were said on their previous night’s telephone conversation. Maya trying to evade the issue, not pushing it, somewhat embarrassed (but obviously inside she is screaming…kinikilig haha). But there is no holding back for Richard…He reiterated that he meant every word he said and kung nabigla lang si Maya when she said it…it is ok because he didn’t even expect her to say it. He tells Maya that he understand that their situation is a bit complicated… and he calmly explains to her that no matter what, there is a solution to every concern…that they can prioritize but only WHEN SHE IS READY (…I’ll be right beside you forever, I won’t let our world fall apart..) He goes on to tell her that it has taken some time but he finally realized that he has fallen in love with her (aaaayyyyiiiii!!!!! Kaboom!)…Maya was a bit taken back probably by the powers of Richard’s words and realizing her dream man is actually proposing his love for her. She is savoring the moment…yes her ultimate and utmost fairy tale is coming true and her Mahal na Hari is right there with her. She was so cute when she covers her face and says he is adding to her “most embarrassing moment”…but she later gathered herself only to ask the question “when” he figured out that he loved her (relatable – I would ask the same question ha ha). We all know the answer to that Under the Stars!
Jan Cerizo…to answer your question…your acronym is HHWLD = Holding Hands While Laying Down lol…aaaayyyiiiii kilig….Here’s mine: HHWWTS. Now its your turn to figure that out. You have to Mayaserchiefy it and get it right away.
TEASER: I think that Ser Chief, finding out that the De La Rosa family flying to Manila tomorrow, arranged for Maya to be at that flight. You know he has his ways and Maya knows he did it. I hope that the “Pillow Talk” (Mayaserchiefied) continues even for another 5 minutes because it is the sweetest thing ever. Haaaaayyyy!

As it turned out, nothing much was added except for Ser Chief’s line “Bukas na pala ang dating nila Aling Teresita? Andito lang ako if you need help.”
Oh well, at least we have the holding hands to look forward to. I dunno but I have a feeling that this date won’t be the date where Maya will be Ser Chief’s official GF yet. Perhaps after the arrival of the Dela Rosas.

Super kilig at cute ng episode kahapon… i love SC and Maya’s conversation about SC’s college days, the way SC shrugged and said, “matalino eh”… super natural na natural….
And of course, comatose ang mga lines ni SC at dumagdag pa ang pamatay nyang voice saying those things… riot kaming mga nanonood, wapakels sa tilian…

Those who are asking how much for the USB copy…
-For those in the US, just send me a 256 GB USB flash drive. It should be branded like Sandisk, Kingston, Centon, PNY, Lexar etc. (prices like $60 up) not the cheap unbranded ones. I tried copying in unbranded USB and found out that some videos are not playing. It’s a waste of time and money. Include an envelope with stamp and your address plus $20 for the labor and power.
For those in the Philippines and other countries, sending me a USB and self address envelope is more expensive. I suggest just pay the USB ($60 up and shipping cost around $20) then add $20.
