Eto na yong episode na taken mostly sa (Cebu Pacific aka Time Airways) airplane. Flight ni Maya sa San Nicolas at sumabay si SC pero nagtago siya par di makita.
Simula na ang NINJA MOVES ni Ricardo.
Ang cute lang mag-tago ni SC pero still can’t help na sumilip para mapanood si Maya. Halatang-halata na walang tulog si Jodi.
Si Nikki super excited makita si Nicolo. Hindi raw alam ni Nicolo na kasama si Niks. LOL patay dalawang girls, Aira and another girl. Niknik ang tawag ni Ira kay Nicolo. Awww poor Nikki. Worried naman ‘tong si Nicolo na galit sa kanya si Nikki hihihi!!! Don’t ever call her Niknik daw.

Can’t wait to watch this later in the morning so here I am sitting cross legged on the floor in my walk in closet trying to contain myself from being so kilig! Sobra! I wanted to waaaaaaaaaaaaaah so badly but I can’t coz it is 1 am here in Texas and everybody is asleep. Instead, all I hear coming from within me are sounds too impossible to hear coming from a human being. ngiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiyeeeeeeeeeeee! hhhunnnnnnnngngggggggg! Love it when Maya turned her back during their LQ and Ser Chief touched her on the shoulders and turned her around. I swear, I felt the spark in my body as well.
Love how Maya covered her face when she said she was shy. She was so naive sa scene na yon.
Love seeing his lopsided smile again after Maya said Mahal kita. I can never get enough of it….sori, but it is so nakakalaglag undie talaga! Kahit si Jodi nga, feeling ko, kinilig din eh.
Love Ser Chief’s face when he said tayo na several times. Ang kulit! Walang bawian daw. Parang bata, ha ha ha
Love how he said, Tara na! By the time he moved closer to Maya and hugged her, I was already rocking myself on the floor, looking like Sisa coz I couldn’t contain my excitement any longer. Love how he bent down to Jodi’s level just to give her a tight hug. Oh how I wish I was Maya at that moment.
Natawa ako dun sa backseat scene when Ser Chief called Christina Rose Kute na rin. Naging Kuya and Ate ni Ser Chief si Kute! kaloka! ha ha ha
By the time it came to the teaser for tomorrow’s episode, wala na, laglag na laglag na talaga. No amount of pin can hold it any longer.
I am working a day shift tomorrow. I’m probably gonna call in sick….lovesick! 🙂

i owe myself an apology regarding the second story from the previous episode. i should not
have included in the first place. i was just trying to make a diversion. indeed it was inappropriate
and the first story looked bad.
i was just referring to anyplace you go, you would meet this person. (and it’s all true)
i did not think clearly that it would affect my fellow BCWMH. it was my wild imagination again
running wild. i was trying to erase but this site would not let me after discovering the discrepancies
of the story.
that means that yours truly is just human and can make some mistakes. i have nobody to
tell me, that i am wrong. so sorry pwede ba? this episode is the most exciting parts of all because it is where maya has certified about
the long awaited “oo, tayo na talaga.” we have so many sleepless nights thinking about this
and now finally serchiefied and mayafied. sila na talaga (we know this would happen but still
we follow the episodes religiously).
i would not write any review this time because there are so many very good writers and

He said this and she said that…bickering back and forth. It was almost watching a tennis match. Eyebrows knitted together, facial expression on defense, Richard is feeling the frustration. He’s doing the best he could to be the best man for her, but seems like no matter what he does, Maya, still second guesses his sincerity. Since he didn’t get the gratification he was expecting, “Daddy sungit” is about to emerge. This brought Maya back or at least it brought me back to this: “Maya! Get out of my office!” or this “Maya! A piece of paper won’t prove to me your integrity!” or this “Maya! Think before you speak!” Knowing how they started and how they are now is what makes their story beyond imaginable. Maya knows when he gets like this, she has no chance. Her instinct is to turn around and not go head to head with a “Sir Chief”. With Richard’s dominant personality, he doesn’t realize, he’s not giving Maya a room to breathe. He often drives the conversation. Finally, something clicked, he back down and Maya had the courage to put her foot down…time out!!! It’s her turn to talk and you better listen, Richard.
It makes perfect sense now. Although the grand gestures were nice and every woman would’ve been smitten, those were not exactly what Maya needed. Richard didn’t need to do more to impress her. She already loves him and his whole being long time ago, even when she was invisible to him. Maya held back her feelings for a long time. She wanted to tell him but she wasn’t sure how, when, or if she was even in a position to. Richard took her hand and decided to loosen the grip to give her room to think. Not knowing he’s already got her, the intention of giving her space is what gave doubts and fears a chance harvest. Richard had under estimated her power. She wanted to face the world with him and grab the bull by the horns. All she needed was HIM…Richard not letting her go. No matter what road blocks they have to face, regardless of which bridge to cross first, Maya just wanted to know that she won’t be alone on those fights. Who would’ve thought it was that simple….She just needed her Mahal na Hari to take charge.
Say it, Maya! Say that you love him! Now that she had pieced together his heart again, Richard is offering it to her. Take him, claim him! Take all that you want, Maya. He’s not going anywhere. The day he became vulnerable in a room full of people, Richard had suspended himself up in the air, just waiting for Maya to catch him. Defense shield is down. Just like the scene in Notting Hill, regardless of his power and who is, Richard is just a boy, standing in front of a girl, asking for her to love him. When Richard gave her a hug, he exhaled. At last Maya received him…At last Maya caught him.
Become a flight attendant, done! Live your dream, done! Make sure family is alright, done! So what else is left? Claim your bonus, Maya Dela Rosa! He’s not dream. He’s not figment of your imagination. He’s not unattainable. He is as real as your love for him. So, put a stamp on it and consider it DONE! When she said, “boyfriend ko”, I literally, screamed! Finally, she called him, MINE!!!
Can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode!!! Tayo na diba…comatose na naman ito sa katanghalian!!!
SI SC at Maya talaga super galing ng chemistry. Ramdam na ramdam mo sila. Kainis lang kasi alam mo kahit anong mangyari super impossible sila in real life kahit na nakakamatay ang chemistry nila.

Finally…
I so love this journey of Maya and SC. While we all giggle over those memorable moments and sweet loving exchange of words amidst the tampuhan… I couldn’t help to stay silent and not utter a word or two… it amazes me how the writers are able to put together just the right words, lines and phrases without overkilling the lines or the expressions needed to contain those emotions… And of course how Jodi and Richard played the characters so naturally that we are all moved and feel the way they are feeling as SC and Maya. It’s amazing how love can be so simple with all its complications… and yet coming from different perspectives at that… SC from the point of mature, calculated love and Maya’s innocent, naïve at times playful depiction of her love… young love. This episode brings us all back to that moment when everything is rosy and wonderful… and what love really should be…
The teaser of the next episode reiterates that difference as SC seemed nonchalant over the “Babe” term of endearment that Maya calls him. I can only imagine how SC might be thinking… In his mind, SC might be saying – Ano ba itong pinasukan ko! Hahahahaha… It would be interesting to see in the next episodes how this differences between them will play out… A very interesting plot and scenarios indeed… So shall I say let’s brace ourselves for more kilig moments and lambingan…
(P.S. I can’t believe am doing/sharing this but what the heck… ok fine, am certified BCWMH avid viewer hehehe… had to catch up with previous episodes in so short a time… but can’t complain.. it’s all worth it…)
Oh my. I couldn’t resist not watching it. Pero ang galing ha – my episode was like 2 hours before I got to the end!!!! Ha ha ha. Was laughing at myself as I paused in the middle and rewind again and again because I did not want it to end!!!
So tonight I will focus my energies on my most favorite scene… NT’s most romantic place. I’m sure my sisterettes will have their field day at bubuhos ang mga magagandang reviews and kaMINKihan later so I am sure marami pang tsikahan mamya.
Kudos to the writers again. And of course the directors and Jodi & Richard as well. Tamang-tama lang ang dialogue and acting. I felt like I was actually there with them. Honestly, I felt like I was the one hugged so tightly because the sense of love was so great, it was palpable! Hug pa lang yan ha!!!
Grabe!!! Speechless ako. Smiling, Laughing, Loving. Para akong uto-uto. Even after the nth time I’ve watched this part, the feelings are still strong. Parang 4D and dating from my monitor hehehe! [Sorry Nikki & Mamang, I will watch your moments again tomorrow since I barely had enough energy and feelings left after that romantic moment that of course you weren’t privy to see sorry na lang kayo!]
Ang kulit ni Ser Chief ha? Nakaka-high school talaga! Akala ko hindi magpapatalo si Maya when Ser Chief was asking her to ‘just say it Maya’. I felt he was being pushy in forcing Maya to say it — but all was forgotten with the hug and the oh-so-sweet ‘You almost ruined my surprise, you know that?’ — naku Mayabels, sulit-na-sulit ang tampururot mo, you know that? He he he.
Ok solved na ako. Wala na akong masabi. I will post now and then play the epi one last time tonight. Up to that hug so I can take that to bed and to my dreams!!!

Super dikit ng bodies nila
Richard asks her the question: Did Maya really love him? One thing Maya is, is she is an honest person. She can not hide her true feelings. Although embarrassed and a bit shy, she nodded Yes. Richard wanted to hear her say it again…”Mahal Kita” those precious words Richard longs to hear from her without hesitation. Richard asks Maya “tayo na?” Maya confuses it with him asking to leave na (sira ka talaga Maya). More exchange of banter between the two clarifying they are not having an argument, just talking things through…(by this time i was rewinding this conversation a million times kasi kilig na kilig ako nyak nyak nyak) Until “tayo na di ba? tayong dalawa…walang bawian..tayo na di ba?” Maya says “TAYO NA”
SUCCESS…RICHARD WAS SO HAPPY THAT HE GAVE MAYA THE TIGHTEST MOST ENDEARING HUG….AAAAYYYYIIIIIII! *Jumps up and down..the dog barks outside the closet door but I shhhhh her quickly and didn’t wake up anyone at the house :D* Richard felt relief. He tells Maya during their hug that she almost ruined his surprise. She chuckles lovingly…A milestone on Mother’s Day!
In the meantime, the Kapit Bisig gang at the airport and especially Nanay T are all aligaga over Maya being late for her flight back. Richard’s DAMOVES continues by giving flowers to the important people in Maya’s life, Mamang, Nanay T and Kute (pogi points specially from Mamang who continues to swoon over him everytime she sees him ha ha)
Inside the aircraft, while Maya is on post, Richard comes in with a bag of goodies from Nanay T. Richard takes a seat and the other FA notices Maya’s sweet smile and peer at Richard, Maya smiles back to her even bigger and with pride she tells her “he’s my boyfriend”. Ha ha You Go Maya! I am so happy for you Mahal na Princesa. May isang pangarap ka naman na natupad.
The teaser isn’t a teaser if it didn’t tease us for what’s to come next. Need i mention that the slo mo of Richard going in for the kill just about put me to the roof. I screamed so loud the dog came back outside the closet door and this time I hit my head on the closet rod making it fall to the ground, bagsak ang hat box and dog toy box… styrofoam all over the floor. Pag tayo ko, I stepped on the squeeky dog chew toy and the dog barked even louder. My husband woke up and screamed at the dog. He didn’t know I was inside the closet kasi I turned off the light really fast. Today pag uwi nya from work If he asks me I will deny deny deny!
I have no more energy to even talk about Niknik and Nicnic…although there are some significant topics that are worth mentioning. Also about Kuteff…maybe later. To all my ka kosa, I am looking forward to reading your nosebleed posts….

COMMUNICATION OR THE LACK THEREOF
Communication or the lack of is the theme of this episode. Communication is the most integral part of any relationship. In this episode, we see it demonstrated in Nikki & Nicolo’s budding puppy love and in Sir Chief and Maya’s mature love.
Nicolo finds himself on the defensive end where Nikki is concern. She shows up to Nicolo’s planned double date for himself and Luke with his “best friend” Ira and another girl. His plan is to get Luke out of the funk that the latter has subjected himself to by taking him out of the house and giving him a break from burying himself in his books. The plan would have worked had it not been for Nikki’s surprise appearance. Nicolo, quickly remedies the situation by trying to explain to Nikki that “the girl” who is currently the subject of her ire is just a friend to him. Of course, Nikki does not buy it. Therein lies the problem, the miscommunication problem.
There are three ways to communicate: verbal, non-verbal and written. In this scenario, Nicolo’s chosen way to communicate with Nikki is through words. On the other hand, she chooses to communicate through her actions. Nicolo’s explanation just does not match up to what Nikki perceives between Nicolo and Ira. Nikki chooses to give color to Ira’s seemingly flirtatious advances towards Nicolo as welcome gestures of affection. What Nikki does not know is that Nicolo has been repressing his affection for her. Nikki’s misunderstanding of the situation frustrates him and he finds himself unable to communicate to her as she has closed their line of communication and refuses to listen to him.
Young people, generally, are ill equipped in successfully expressing their thoughts and feelings to another. Their level of maturity is not quite developed thus leaving them hampered in fully and truly communicating what they mean to the other person. Hence, Nikki expresses her disappointment, discouragement and hurt by openly being rude to present company. In contrast, Nicolo shows some semblance of maturity in handling the situation in his attempt to quell Nikki’s hurt feelings. Unsuccessful in doing so and not knowing how else to address the situation, Nicolo regrettably allows Nikki to walk away still festering in her negative feelings.
Then, there are Sir Chief and Maya and how their relationship is affected by miscommunication. Although mixed messages are unintentionally hurtled by Sir Chief to Maya, her mature handling of the situation prevailed. Throughout the dry spell of calls and texts, and in general, a lack of display of love from Sir Chief to Maya, she chooses to give him the benefit of the doubt and be understanding of his plight. She thinks that he must be quite preoccupied at work. Even though later on, this understanding turns to doubt which quickly gives way to frustration and hurt.
Sir Chief handles Maya’s hurt feelings gently and lovingly. While she talks, he listens. He allows her to vent and then he explains his side. At one point, Maya seems to want to give up. However, Sir Chief staunchly guides her to confront the situation and patiently allows her to air out her frustration on her perceived lack of sensitivity on his part.
With ill feelings gone and all misunderstandings resolved, Sir Chief and Maya have successfully passed the first test in their relationship. They are able to bridge the communication gap and are ready to move on. They have had the meeting of their minds. Now, it is time for the meeting of their hearts. And they do not disappoint. To all of our delight, it was not just their hearts that meet…………………. their bodies do, too!
With their hearts beating as one (as JR R likes to say) and their bodies melting into each other, love completely envelopes them, sparks, foreign and domestic, fly all around them as they euphorically celebrate their genuine love for each other. No purer love could have existed for these two. They are each other’s destiny and fate has finally brought them together. It took a while, but persistence and perseverance got them here.

Kasi LA wasn’t like that. Kainis! They didn’t even sing Suddenly. Isa lang duet nila sa LA. GRRR The show was disappointing kasi bitin yung stage time nila together, but the experience of meeting them all was amazing!! I wish I would’ve followed the tour, since the rest of the shows were obviously better than the one in LA. Next time na lang.

I’m sure the cast had a valid reason as they were tired nga. People like me who paid almost $150 for each ticket after taxes and fees, how fair is it to put on a show that isn’t like the others? Don’t they prepare a repertoire? I wonder if something happened? Louie Ocampo wasn’t in LA either. They had a different musical director. Venti, my sentiments exactly. Somehow I felt short changed although the experience was nice. I just thought they were more accessible in Canada. I think Aiza had a more meaningful contribution to the show as well.

SC: Is this my fault? Maya I was trying to give you time to think about what you said nung graduation mo, that’s why I stayed out in your way.
Maya: Sorry.
SC: After all this time, do you still doubt my sincerity? Maya, what will it take for you to take me seriously?
Maya: Eh akala ko kasi…
SC: Maya, don’t make assumptions.
Maya: Ser Chief, pwede ba patapusin mo muna ko? Sobra kasing… sobra kasing parang hindi totoo parang hindi ako makapaniwala, hindi sa’yo ha? Yun sinabi mo kasi…yun …yun sitwasyon kasi. Uhm Ser chief eh.

Chill Pill
Just last weekend I watched or at least attempted to watch the Vol. 1. I had to turn it off because I couldn’t help but get emotional. It reminded of how much the Dela Rosa family went through back then. And sure enough the episode today brought back the audience to that experience. I remember one dialogue between Maya and Kute. They were not asking for wealth, all they wanted was just a little room to breathe so that they can at least just have a normal life. Each member of the family had to make the necessary sacrifices to get where they are now. Maya having to leave them to try her luck in a place where she’s never been to. She didn’t even know anyone. All she had was courage and the will to give her family a better life. Kute, also had to make the ultimate sacrifice leaving her son to make sure Cho doesn’t experience the same hardships she had to go through. And Nanay, who had to make the biggest sacrifice of having both of her daughters being away from her and yet be strong enough for them to serve as the glue of the family. Each member knew what they had to do, and even though it was hard, no one had expressed any animosity towards one another. With a span of less than a year, a lot had changed. As the family reminisces with smiles on their faces, they knew that it all paid off.
Now that Richard and Maya are officially together, that question of to be or not to be is lifted. And what does Maya do? Of course she’s back to her corky self. She’s finally starting to be playful with Richard, pinching him on his cheeks, whereas before, she could barely touch him without losing herself. First on Richard’s “To Do List”, no more “Sir Chief”. Although, this term is only for Maya to use, he still feels uncomfortable each time Maya addresses him as “Sir”. So now here comes, babe, buko, biko, chiko and whatever else fruit or food Maya can come up with. Bottom line Richard is not too sure about it. His face says it all. He’d rather be called by his own name than be referred to as food.
Now, the writers are presenting one factor the couples would have to deal with, which is their generation gap. He’s middle aged, 45 and she’s only 25. That’s 20 year difference…TWO DECADES! The audience had a glimpse of this age difference long time ago when Maya used the heart symbol in one of her text messages to Richard. As he referred to it as 3 with an angle bracket. He also does not get LOLs, BRB’s or any other abbreviations. He’s barely starting to use smiley faces. Another factor to consider is also, first time being in relationship vs. someone who is ready to settle down. Although Maya is in her mid 20’s, we all remember how it was being in a relationship for the first time. Whether you admit it or not, there was a point that it was “cheezy”. Her term of endearment for Richard may be annoying or how she’s acting now may have been over the top. Keep in mind, she’s a late bloomer. This is her first time and she doesn’t know any better. All of us went through this stage. Maya’s playful nature is not new to Richard. This is actually starting to entertain him. But now being in a relationship, he’d rather be playful behind closed doors. He is a high profile man and somewhat has an image to protect. Now, we as audience would have to wait on how Richard is going to approach this challenge. Would he slowly manipulate Maya to act certain way without offending her or would he just let her figure it out on her own? Also, him being the experienced one, how is he going to guide Maya on how to handle a relationship? And this is the purpose of this episode. The creators/writers are simply laying it out on the table some the challenges this couple would have to go through. One of the reasons this show is loved by so many people because of its genuineness to real life events. And this is one of them. Therefore, audience, take a chill pill and let’s wait how Richard and Maya conquer these challenges. Not to mention telling the children. Just like a river rafting experience, we are heading for the rough water, but just hold on tight and keep paddling….

It is new day for Richard and Maya. Life is good. Nothing could tarnish the happiness that they feel inside. Not even the little disagreement they have, on what Maya‘s term of endearment should be for Richard, could spoil their mood. As far as the lovers are concern, everything is perfect!
Meeting of the minds? YES! Meeting of the hearts? DEFINITELY! Meeting of the lips? NOT YET!
The most appropriate time and the most romantic place have to be perfect for this to happen. It is Maya’s first kiss, after all, for goodness sakes! So, it has to be special! It has to be memorable! Eman’s couch just doesn’t cut it!
In time, we, as viewers, will find complete fulfillment in our journey with Richard and Maya, when that long-awaited first kiss will finally take place. “The Kiss” serves as the proverbial “carrot-at-the-end of the stick”. So we continue to wait patiently, as the skillful authors of this beautiful romantic masterpiece which we have come to love, thriftily dole out weekly crumbs of kilig, not too much but just enough, to temporarily satiate our appetite for more. You guys have to agree that they actually have us trained so well that we readily accept what they feel like serving us. Presently, they have us lapping on their hands. Their goal is to keep our attention. Their objective is to keep us interested. Their challenge is to keep our senses heightened and tiltillated for what is coming next! And by golly, they have accomplished all of that and more!
As I was watching this episode, as I imagine Richard driving home from Maya’s condo to his house, I could not help but think of him singing Michael Buble’s song “Feeling Good”. Love is really in the air… Maya and SC can’t contain themselves with those stares that melted each other’s hearts and bringing them to that blissful place that only lovebirds can comprehend. I just loved the way Maya demonstrated that playfulness and openness of a love-struck lady to her beloved, very realistic for someone who is experiencing her first love – cute, bubbly and giggly… as a contrast to the way SC is treating the relationship from the point of view of a mature and experienced man. Am pretty sure we’ll all look forward to SC’s transformation from the bossy and dominant man that he is… softening and melting to Maya’s love with a mere smile or a loving look from her. And that will be a basketful of plots and scenarios to work on for our dear writers. A great way for SC to loosen up and just enjoy that thing called love and being loved once again. It’s definitely young (first) love vs. mature love in the making. But am pretty sure that these differences (age gap, maturity, upbringing) will be as hilarious as ever and will bring out the best/worst in Maya and SC, definitely a huge learning curve for these two lovebirds in the romance department.
The prospect of young puppy love emerging between Nikki and Niccolo will also be interesting to see and with Nikki elevating her Ate Maya as a good role model, will surely play an important role on how she would be open to tackle her insecurities as young love creeps in…And that will also play a role in accepting the new relationship between her Dad and her Ate Maya. Am sure that the kids will eventually accept and embrace Maya as their Dad’s girlfriend. So, don’t worry too much Maya… Everything will work out eventually. “Ika nga ni SC mo, the two of you can deal with the issues one at a time…
Looking back on the Dela Rosa family’s journey, it sure is heartwarming to reminisce the journey this family had gone thru. Thru thick and thin indeed, they came together and seen these (tribulations) thru… and with patience, perseverance, and a lot of faith, they are now reaping the rewards… Kaya on to the next journey… it’s your turn Kute! Go Kute! Follow your dreams as Maya would have wanted you to fulfill as well…
Aside from the kilig moments of the two love birds, it’s so touching to look forward to the scene where SC hugged Manang Fe out of his overflowing happiness of his newfound love. It’s like a mother-son scenario that is so touching/heartwarming. And more interesting will be the conversation between two best friends (SC and Raffi) sharing the kilig moments of a new budding relationship. For sure, we can all relate to that scene … kaya abangan!!!
As for the term of endearment, as they say, walang basagan ng trip, let’s give it to Maya… Ikaw na talaga Maya!!!

This is the most hilarious episode for the two bidas as far as I’m concerned. The writers are so brilliant, they must be laughing themselves to death when they were writing this endearment scene. I never would have thought that Beko could stand for Beybe-ko and Bu-ko as Buhay ko. Richard agreeing to Chiko, might mean that he had to respond to that endearment. What would he call Maya? Well my guess is because Richard is social, she’ll call her Honey, My Love , So sweet….. . You’re guess is right it’s a song:-)) If I were to chose, mas gusto ko na yong Babe, dahil meron na akong ready na theme song nila … eto yon. . . Oh Babe … isang ngiti mo lang . . . . . That’s all I remember I forgot the rest 🙂

The other funny thing that I noticed is Maya kissing/sucking her hand??? while Richard answers the phone doon sa naudlot na kissing scene nila. Correct me if I’m wrong mga kapamilya but I think Maya has a huge anticipation on that kiss dahil pumikit na siya. Her imagination already had run wild, then the phone rings. So in her frustration she just give her hand a kiss or most likely pinag-praktisan niya ‘yong kamay niya kung paano mag-kiss:-))
On the serious side of this episode, I think the writers were also giving us a glimpse on one of the factor that might ’cause a conflict in their budding relationship. Richard had seen it. . . they will always have different views on everything because of their age gap, maturity, their culture and upbringing. I remember in the previous episode from way back that Richard thinks of Maya being isip-bata as one of his issues with her. Issue pa in kaya niya ito until now? In today’s episode, the writers resolve their LQ by letting love and understanding of the matured person prevail. It’s a young love and Richard being the middle age man himself ang nag-papaubaya. Would this kind of arrangement last?
I believe that Maya being younger, playful and easy going compliments best doon sa masungit, pikon, seryoso at dominanteng personalidad ni Richard. Sana magpatuloy silang ganito dahil I believe that as a person grows older, we need someone to remind us how to be fun and enjoy the simple things in life.
Finally, I can’t close without saying this, I am sooo disappointed that the kiss did not happen. Sana writers you’ll have a bigger scene prepared for us for the kissing scene dahil binitin ‘nyo na kami ng sobrang-sobra :-)). Kita kits tayo later.

This episode remind us the viewers that things are possible for everyone as long as we have faith, believe, persevere and not to give up in any circumstances…. Maya’s family, relationship is so awesome and priceless! They always make sure to call or text Maya to say or to exchange “I LOVE YOU”. It has been said that absence makes the heart grow fonder. I can’t believe I am writing a review right now! It has been months that I am reading reviews written here and can’t help but loving this teleserye more! Fans like us, caring and sharing their emotions towards the characters and the plot of this show, makes the show more interesting. I am an F/A for 17 years and I can relate on all what Maya is going through. Dito lang ako sa America naging F/A. Kasi sa Pilipinas maliit ako and I am not that qualified. Having your childhood dream come true is like winning a lotto!
Going to tonight’s episode, I am alright with Chiko! Sabi nga, walang basagan ng trip! Maya is different if we are forgetting this. This is why we love her character because of her uncanny and unpredictable character. Kaya lang, masyado namang mabagal si Chiko? Talaga lang ha! He could have not answered the phone, just leave it off for 1 minute so we the kissing scene can just happen? This writers are just so sadistic to its’ fans! This is what we have been waiting for and they kept us hanging again. I just hope this is not going to wait till next Monday again. Makakapatay ako ng writers (he, he, he!). I just love the kilig reactions of Maya! Tutuong-tutuo. One of the reviewers said, sana daw, Maya should have asked for kiss on the lips. But it should not happen that way! Remember, this show reflects good moral values! This is the reason we are all loving this show! Longer episode na please ABS-CBN!!!!!!! Bitin parati eh!
Love it!! I’ve been waiting for her character to develop into a sophisticated and confident woman. Now they look like they belong together without losing Maya’s personality di ba? The writers and director did a wonderful job with the transition. Hindi pilit. It’s actually seamless.

Besides sa andami pang puwedeng i-develop sa mga ibang characters like Nic-Nic/Nik-Nik, Luke, Kuteff, Doris/Sabel love life, even si Tatay Arturo kung magpapakita pa, and of course the most important na pagsabi sa mga bata… with just our 2 main love birds, I can see that the second part of their love life journey would be full of sweetness while Maya’s kakwelahan rubs off on her ‘ChiKo’. Topic nga lang ng endearment, isang episode of sweetness na, eh ang dami pang puwedeng maging topics. Pati pag-amoy ni Maya kay ChiKo sa public, puwedeng topic for the whole episode bukas, solve na ako hehe.
I’m also glad that Maya’s personality is so happy-go-lucky na hindi nya pinapatulan yung konting tampururot ni Ser Chief. Matamis lang na ngiti from our Mayabels at nangingiti na rin ang Mahal na Hari. Kahit makulit ka pa Maya! I have to say, kuhang-kuha ni Ser Chief ang pagsabi ng ‘Ang kulit mo Maya!’ Pero sundan mo lang ng matamis na ngiti Mayabels, bibigay din. ‘You’re the boss!’ We heard it. CEO sya but you’re the boss!!!

Has anyone noticed that Maya’s bag bears a decided resemblance to Mamang’s bag? When you’ve got time, review the episode where the de la Rosas are ready to leave for Manila. I could swear those bags look the same. Then again, my eyes are all starry from the kilig factor of recent episodes, so I could be wrong.
Niccolo is in very hot water with Nikki. On the other hand, the making-up (not out, ha) scene should be a good one. Sayang ang beauty ni Nikki if she stays mad at Niccolo for long.

The real challenge, as it would seem, is not just about letting the kids know and accept the relationship between Maya and their dad especially now that Nikki has placed Maya on a pedestal re her NBSB status vis-a-vis Nikki’s naturally childish annoyance with Niccolo’s bestfriend (comes with the age she’s at and her personal background).
For Maya and Chief, it’s about whether or not the latter will loosen up to accommodate the former’s perspectives on love and her personality combined. After all, he, himself, said “I’m a middle-aged guy.”

“Thank you for loving my kids even though we are just starting out….” This shouldn’t be a surprise for Richard. Maya was ready to walk away from him, because of these kids. Just like Nanay Teresita, Maya had become the mother bear of these three children and always ready to protect to a point of she’s willing to give up her personal happiness for them. She had witnessed how these kids have suffered when they lost their mother. It’s not that Maya is being a pessimist, she’s just being logical. Telling the kids about the relationship without her and Richard stabilizing what they have first would just be like they’re dangling a carrot in front of a horse. Now that they’re in a relationship, they need to solidify they have. Eventough, they have a strong foundation and love for eachother is not the question, anything can still happen. Giving false hopes to Luke, Nikki and especially Abby is the worst thing they could do to these kids. They have longed for a mother or a mother figure and to have that taken away would just set them back. Maya may not have all the experience in how to handle a relationship with an opposite sex, but she definitely knows her priorities. Even before Maya and Richard became a couple, these two have worked together as a team when it comes to Lim family. It’s just wonderful that Richard is sticking to that formula and not make any decisions on his own nor make decisions for Maya.
Who would’ve thought that the “Richard Lim” is this affectionate? He’s so overwhelmed with joy that he looks like he will even hug anyone walking in the street. Finally, Manang Fe’s wish had come true. All she wants to see before her time is up in this world, is for Richard to be happy again with a woman who truly loves him, will take care of him and his children. Manang Fe, had seen Richard at his happiest with Alex, and she had also seen him fall and die inside. Because of Maya, and the love she gives him, Manang Fe, got her old Richard back and maybe a better version of the old one.
Maya is perceived to be the non-dominant between the Richard and her. But it seems like Maya is influencing Richard more than he is with her. Her little habits, mannerisms and some of her humor are definitely rubbing off on him. Since, these two had already gone through the “getting to know” phase, and that happened when Maya lived in the same house, everything just comes naturally. At last, saying their I love you’s, hugging and kissing (even just on the cheeks), are now becoming part of their dance. They are so comfortable with each other that they are now becoming more playful. But of course this is with limitation with Richard. Seems like that he enjoys being playful with Maya and joking around with her, but only behind closed doors, being in public is a different story. With the recent change to their dynamic, this is just one of the kinks these two need to iron out. There will be lots of changes definitely, but with Richard and Maya being so connected with each other and they do define the word “partnership”, they will always find the happy medium.

Hello mga kapamilya. I was not gonna write any comments on this eps firstly because I’m already late but most of all I really enjoyed very much reading all the comments here.But there’s just these things thats kept on bugging me and that would really want to come out.
First is the scene from thursday’s episode where Maya chose to defer and withhold the information about them from the kids. Her reason being to protect them from experiencing again that pang thay they felt in their Mother’s (Alexandra) loss.
Next is the scene today where Maya suggested that she might as well stay at the Mansion overnight if it’s going to be very late for her to come home. Richard’s face lit up like a 220 Wattage bulb in anticipation that her special girl would be staying with him under the same roof. But Maya was quick to tell him off. “no Sir, hindi puwede, I have to go home.” Maya’s brain must have been running amok, that prompted her to issue a stern warning in her most loving way.
All of the scenes I cited above triggers some questions that I can’t get ourt of my head. Why did the writers chose to travel in this path? Why did they not tell the kids? Get it over and be done with? Why did Maya have to have that dialogue insinuating a stay over at the Mansion but then retracts right away when she saw Richard’s reaction? It seems to me that the writers are telling us that Maya still has some reservation about the relationship and in fact she’s actually saving something of herself so that if she gets hurt along the way she’ll have something to hold on to?
We all know that this serye is so full of twist and turns. My take on all of these is that maybe in response to all our clamour to extend the show, the writers are revising their script. Maybe they are going to introduce someone that would play the same role played by Lusi Manzano, but this time it will be a female. We all know that if James Ventura did not come back to the show, Daddy Singkit won’t be in the fast lane in her pursuit of Maya. So, I believe that they will bring in someone who will nudge Maya to the right direction:-)
If I’ll be given the power to choose that someone, I’ll choose Sunshine Cruz. I’m not sure if some of you noticed that it’s Sunshine Cruz’s photo whom they’ve showed as Alex. It will be a good story line for Sunshine to come into the show as Alex’s distant relative whom they haven’t seen for a long while and she’ll have striking similarities of Alex. Because of these, the kids will instantly have a strong bonding with her which will also trigger conflict in Richard and Maya’s relationship. How would Sunshine Cruz be brought into the show? I also have the answer to that. They have mentioned in earlier episodes that Richard’s parents’ are coming over for summer. So, they will bring somebody along with them and that will be Sunshine Cruz 🙂

I adore Maya’s childlike behaviour even though sometimes she makes me cringe from being too open of her love and admiration for Richard even from way back then more so now that they are officially together. I think I am just jealous because I don’t have her guts to make a Richard Lim agitated and fall in love with me.
Maya and the rest of the members of the Dela Rosa family communicate both in words and in huge actions. They demonstrate this everyday of their lives. They are not ashamed to show their affection to one another. Even their neighbours and the employees of the Chibugan are infected by them. It is no wonder that Maya is so demonstrative of her love towards her Ser Chief. He has become her second Abby. What she used to do with Abby, now she does it to her Ser Chief. It makes her happy because she is living and showing her love to the people that are important to her. Richard of course cannot resist this. He has witnessed this before and maybe was even jealous with Abby then, now he is experiencing first hand being the recipient of this love.
I don’t want a mature Maya. No, not yet. I don’t want her to change into someone more mature and ladylike just because she is now a full fledge FA and is in a relationship with Richard Lim. It is too early for that to happen in my humble opinion. Instead I wanna see later a more grown up Maya that is perfected by her experiences as love partner to Richard Lim and as a competent FA. Just like their love story, it grew on them that is why they look so perfect together that even their huge age gap cannot mar the sincerity of their feelings for each other.
Maya when she is with her fellow FAs and professionals ACT like she is one. She speaks in a professional manner and does her job as expected of her. Her mentors have got no complaints so I am pretty sure she acts accordingly.
Of course FA Maya is completely different from Richard Lim’s Maya (LOL obvious ba?). When she is with Richard, she is our typical Maya with no restraint of her Dela Rosa charm especially now that they are together. I have a feeling she is going to smoother him with love and affection just like how she is with Abby. Ha ha I will just sit pretty and watch how a Richard Lim is going to live this day by day. I don’t even care if Richard will be ChieKo forever. At the end of the day it is just a name even if you felt like choking every time she calls him that. Only Maya can do that so eh di pagbigyan. Total wala naman mamamatay, baka indigestion yun pwede pa.

Maya: Pero yun nga Sir Chief sabi nila wala naman yun sa edad o sa hitsura nasa pagdadala.
SC: Are we going argue about it the whole night.
Maya: Ang sungit naman ng Sir Chief ko.
SC: Ang kulit naman kasi ni Maya.
Maya: Ba’t di mo itinuloy?
SC: Ang kulit mo Maya.
MAYA’S ASSETS AND LIABILITIES
It has been brought up numerous times that Richard and Maya’s age difference will play a big factor in their love relationship. Her youthful approach to their new found love may have brought some concern to some, as it may put Richard, a highly respected CEO, in a bad light. Insisting on using a term of endearment that Richard feels is totally unsuited for him, discussing other food-sounding options to consider as an alternative TOE and finally, taking a resigned stance on the modified version of Maya’s pet name for him, has brought this issue to the forefront. However, what Richard has to remember is that Maya, although young for her age, has already experienced some of life’s more challenging trials and has come out unscathed and has managed, thus far, to be victorious. She has proven herself to be cunning and wise when life required this of her. She is indeed, not a naïve young woman but, a wise young woman of substance.
Maya is a product of life’s hardships and tribulations. She attended the school of hard knocks. Her skills to survive were honed by these experiences and by her unquestionable resolve to face those trials head on and by staunchly living out her philosophy, that as long as the family sticks together, they are able to withstand anything that life throws at them. Her well-developed coping mechanism to be optimistic at any cost served her well. She grew up with an absentee father, she had to earn a living to support the family at a young age and she willingly sacrificed her dream of becoming a flight attendant, to yield to her older sister’s dream of becoming a seaman. Her OFW recruiter absconded with the only ticket she had to help the family get out of the financial bind that they found themselves in. However, these events did not deter her from pursuing her goals. She refused to quit. In fact, she used these “temporary bumps in the road” to fuel her desire, to not only survive but, to be successful. In the end, she was duly rewarded. She accomplished the dreams that she has set out for herself and then some.
Maya reminds Richard that her mature stance in life is one of the reasons why he fell in love with her. She always had his children’s best interest at heart. She demonstrated this when she creatively hatched the plan and the opportunity for the family to express their grief for their mother with the lantern ceremony. Through this simple gesture, Maya allowed the Lim children to finally let their mother and her memory go and, to embrace the peace that comes with this process. This gesture registered in Richard’s memory as one that touched him deeply. Numerous times, Maya had unselfishly volunteered to help the children overcome their weaknesses and a few times help champion their causes. With Abby, Maya coaxed her voice back. With Luke, Maya helped to rebuild a weak father and son relationship. With Nikki, Maya served as a surrogate Mom in preparing her for the prom and becoming her chaperone. Maya’s list of assets to benefit Richard and the Lim household go on and on.
In this episode, as Maya delivers her monologue on why she feels they should wait to tell the children of their relationship, again, touches Richard to the core. Her explanation comes from a heart that truly cares for his children. She reminds him again why he fell for her in the first place. Richard is now truly convinced that he chose wisely in allowing Maya into his house, into his life and into his heart.
Maya’s only liability is her youthful approach to some of life’s challenges. In her almost simplistic way of dealing with circumstances and her heavy reliance in her bottomless optimism, makes her seem unrealistic and impractical. However, this liability can actually double as an asset. Her cheerful disposition is contagious and her occasional lapses to acting childlike can only be counted as one of her endearing assets. She is actually at her most vulnerable when she lets out the young and carefree Maya. Being forced to grow up fast, Maya had to practically skip her childhood. She only lets this persona out when she feels comfortable in the presence of a select few. She only lets her guard down when she feels safe and secure. She only feels this way in the presence of her Sir Chief.
In revealing to Luke, Nikki and Abby the truth about their love relationship will not be difficult. After all, they have each other for support and strength. They will face this important test in their relationship together as a couple. They will face the children as a united couple who are deeply committed to each other and a loving couple who will assure the children that their relationship is not exclusive but, is in fact inclusive of them, as well. In the end, when the dust will finally settle, Richard and Maya will earn the children’s acceptance and love.

SC: What?
Maya: Tayo na talaga Chief ko?
SC: Hindi ka pa rin makapaniwala?

My thoughts of SC’s TOE for Maya… Princess. After all siya yong princess a sa story ng Mahal na hair. O kaya sunshine dahil I’m sure he feels na she has brought lots of light in his life and also his kids…
Sana lang now that they are dating na, I think when they part ways. They should at least hug and kiss kahit sa cheeks lang like when they parted at The condo.nag wave lang si Maya…peo maybe in the upcoming episodes…can’t wait.
Napaisip lang ako, parang na-magnify age difference nila because of that BABE issue, Maya is a simple lady who is so excited sa pagkakaroon ng 1st BF, but on SC’s part, hindi na uso yun, but their conversation and SC’s slight tiger mode is so amusing and cuuuuuteee!!!

Even though my eyes welled up when Ser Chief gave Manang Fe a huge hug, the smile never went away.
Luv how he smiled at Manang Fe after the hug, like he was really overjoyed and in love but was just holding holding back.
How I wish I could see more emotions from him though, like more kilig perhaps?
But then again, he is from Mars and waaaay too different than us.
But it is still okay. I was just glad he was able to share his joy with Manang Fe.
No words were said but it was so palpable, that all Manang Fe could do was to touch his face so tenderly like how a doting mother would do.

Even though she did change it to Chiko, I still feel that this is not the right TOE for Ser Chief.
I don’t think she is contented with that either coz she didn’t even change his name on her phone. We’ll see.
For me personally though, Chad would be better…the name sounds so nice and decent, so worthy of a 40 something CEO.
It’s not cheesy either. And as for Maya, Chad can still call her by her name coz I like the way her name sounds whenever he says it in his sweet and mellow voice.
I wish they have told the kids sooner. I have a feeling there would be rougher roads ahead, like maybe 2 days from now?
Having been teased several times every Friday, I think they might use Nikki’s finding out about them as a cliffhanger so it would put us on the edge of our seats till Monday. It is better to hear it from the horses mouth they say than finding out they have kept it from them for a long time.
So no, definitely. The much awaited kiss aint gonna happen.

They really have that unique chemistry that despite the age gap, you will feel the “kilig” but I think and hope that there will be a transition on Maya’s part and I am looking forward to how SC will contribute to her transformation as a woman like when he told her gently that he is a middle aged man and the endearment “babe” is not fit for somebody his age. Maya can be her old lovable self without appearing childlike. Also, she is now a career woman so it is ripe for her character to mature.

So hopefully pang gulo lang yung mga girls nagkaka gusto kay Jeff na eventually ma realize ni Kute na mahal na rin nya si Jeff. Ayyy … sana good vibes good vibes sa story nila. Then as mush as I feel sad for Simon … sana magkaron rin sya ng love interest dito perhaps pwedeng i guest yung real life girlfriend nya.

After watching the episode today, all I could say is WOW!—– ang cute cute ni maya! She’s so giddy and so excited na may boyfriend na siya—–which is acceptable simply for 2 reasons:
1 ) it’s her first time to be in a relationship and…
2 ) Richard Lim IS her boyfriend
Ikaw ba naman magkaroon ng isang SC, ewan ko na Lang kung di ka maging excited! Lol
And as far as I remember, sabi ni SC dati, he thinks that maya doesn’t know what she is getting herself into.. BUT I think it’s the other way around! HE doesn’t know what he got himself into! Hahahaha
Who would have thought that our ever so shy and simple and unsure of herself Maya would be the touchy touchy feely feely kind of Girlfriend who doesn’t mind PDA at all??? —— and SC’s reaction to all of these??——PRICELESS! Hahahaha

I sure hope the writers are able to read these comments about “Chieko” term of endearment.
It simply won’t fly. Sad to say. I’d rather hear her call him “babe” or “mahal” than that ….that obnoxious name
If worse comes to worst, I’d rather her call him Ser Chief than “Chieko”
So please writers, do us a favor? Get rid of that silly pet name?

Naku! pag sinesante ni SC si Liza, wala nang pwedeng tawagan ang singkit na inlove para pagawin nung mga kailangan nya para wagas ang damoves!
Nakakatuwa lang ang episode today: expect ko naman na maho-hopia tayo ng time na yun. Sabi ko na nga ba, kung hindi si Emman, si Liza ang hahadlang.

CHIKO (na walang E, mas shortened): nag-isip ba talaga ang mga writers? Ni “Richie” ayaw nila?
NICNIK: Feeling ko may pakay rin si Aira kay Nikki eh, gustong ilabas ni Aira ang totoong nararamdaman ni Nikki towards Nicolo.
SOBRANG NAKAKAALIW ANG MGA CONVO ni SC and Maya
Pero lubhang NAKAKANGILABOT ANG MGA TERMS OF ENDEARMENT ni Maya para kay SC maliban sa Babe.
Paging BCWMH writers, super HORRENDOUS yung ibang TOE’s ni Maya. Nababawasan tuloy yung kilig kasi naeeewwww ako lalo na sa CHIEKO.
HANUBAYAN! Pwede ba balik na lang sa Ser Chief kung Chieko din lang. Hindi ko talaga feel ito. Mas malala pa sa corny eh di ko lang maisip kung anong appropriate description dyan sa Chieko. Isip isip ulit ng bagong TOE pag meron time.
AND SI LIZA daw hindi nasisante kasi nagpalam na kusa at NAMUTI na sa takot sa kaadiks. Pero wagas na payback ito kay SC.

The only good thing that came out of those TOE is the mega expression of SC. Kakaaliw ang reaction pero sa tutoo lang di ko talaga peg ang CHIEKO. Mag hunusdili kayo writers. PLEEAASSEE!!! Walang parte ng katawan ko ang hindi nagcri-cringe. Hahahahahahahahahaha.

Dear writers,
I hope you’re just testing the waters when you brought up Biko, Buko, Chiko as terms of endearment. Hindi magandang I-trend yang mga shortcut na yan as you’re putting ideas to the public especially young people na ok lang ang jologs at shortcut words.
Maya’s character naman is educated and it seems off that she’s short cutting simple Tagalog words. Do they teach ba yan sa school? Or may friends ba si Maya who influence her to use jologs words?
I hope you think of a decent Terms of endearment that is appropriate – yong bagay sa age nila at sa isang CEO. I think he’s entitled to have a bit of respect in how her girlfriend calls him.
Imagine nyo na lang if they’re in public or with SC’s business partners, and suddenly Maya calls him biko, buko, or chiko. Laughing stock si Mr. CEO at tiyak na they will make fun of Him.
Sya, I rest my case.
Going back sa TOE, naku palitan na today please…Sa 2nd gap sana e makaisip si Maya ng iba since mahaba naman listahan niya na mas appropriate kay SC and mas maganda sa pandinig nating mga adiks!!! Otherwise magpapa-trend na kami sa asul na ibon ng

Ilabas na ang mahabang list ng TOE! I cannot imagine how the staff especially those two actors were able to execute those scenes.Talagang hindi kaya ng powers ko ang buko, biko and CHIEKO! Naman, WRITERS, headed by Ms Denise, MAAWA NA PO KAYO SAMIN.
Repeater po ang peg ko every time peron new episode kaya imagine nyo ang tindig ng balahibo ko sa mga eksena kahapon. Di ko masyadong maabsorb ang kiligness because of those TOE’s. hahahahahahahahahaha
By the way, naexcite naman ako kay Kuteff, sana gandahan nila ending ng story nila and can’t wait sa dev’t ng NicNik.
